Chapter 16

Talyn pov
I was going though a few notes I made about Vigo when I hear Ray and Egon yelling and panicked "Hurry Winston get the door open!" I yell quickly grabbing the fire extinguisher, once Winston kicked the door open I ran in and put out the fire as quick as I could "you guys okay?" I asked "yes we're fine" Ray says. We decided to go back to check the slime tunnel and egon wanted me to stay behind "Egon love I'll be fine don't worry" I say and he reluctantly let me join them but first we try and get Peter to join us, he however had a date with Dana so it's just the four of us. Now we're walking through the old subway tunnel and like I expected egon had a hold of my hand "I hate this" Winston says "according to this old transit map there should be and entrance anywhere along here somewhere" Ray says and we keep looking "well at least it's to dark to see the cockroaches" Winston says "forget about cockroaches, it's the subway rats you gotta worry about big as beavers" I say "yea some of them got four or five kilos" egon says.

We still couldn't find the entrance "hello?!" Ray called out which echos back but when Winston does it nothing happens then what sounded like a monster said his name. A bunch of heads appare out of no where then dissappear again "before we go any further we should probably get our porton packs" I say and the guys agree so we start heading back to get the packs. We hear a train start to rumble which I'm hoping is one of the trains in the tunnels above us but we see something coming our way, me, Ray and Egon jumped out the way but Winston didn't and he just screamed luckily it was only a ghost train "somethings trying to stop us we must be close" egon says then we realise Ray is gone "where's Ray?" Winston asked and he comes over saying he found the entrance and we make our way down.

The guys looked really shocked "see I told you it was a river of slime" I say "do you know how much negative energy it must of taken to generate a flow this size?" Egon asked. Then when Winston tried to get a sounding he falls in after something seemed to pull him in then reluctantly me, Ray and Egon jump in after him ending up out the museum "quickly take the suites off" egon says as we climbed up seeing Ray and Winston almost killing eachother. I catch my breath as we quickly head to where Peter and Dana were to tell what we found out and we hurried to warn the mayor "I hope he believes us" I say "what is this a slumber party?" He asked as he came into the room "well that's what we're here to talk to you about" Ray say "you've got two minutes make it good" the mayor says and Ray goes on to explain what happened and what we found out and unfortunately the mayor doesn't believe us and he leaves "guys this isn't good" I say and whoever the guy that works for the mayor is put us in an insane asylum "we're not crazy! We're trying to help this city!" I yelled but no one would listen.
