Neo was annoyed. Orion had stuck with her and Phoenix after that rather uncomfortable breakfast when they started towards the Academy. It did not help that those eyes of his kept turning towards her, they made her uncomfortable as it was almost like a caress every time they would land on her. Phoenix was completely oblivious to the storm brewing between the two adults she was walking between as she chattered all the way to the Academy. All too soon they were there and Phoenix started making like she was going to ditch them without a backward glance.
"Phoenix!" Neo called, stopping her in her tracks. "I'll be here waiting when you get out of school."
"Okay!" she hollered before taking off in a fast run that had Neo chuckling.
"God, she's cute but what a ball of energy," she said momentarily forgetting who was standing next to her. She then flinched as Orion grabbed her arm and started walking with her down the street. She glared at his hand first then him. "Let go of me!"
"We need to talk," he stated. "You may have avoided this conversation last night by using Phoenix as a shield but... she can't be with you always."
"We have nothing to discuss, Orion," she snapped while trying to pull free of his grip. "I swear, I'm going to talk to your mother about your behavior!"
Orion's eyes narrowing was her only warning before he yanked her into an alley out of view of everyone. She gasped as he caged her quickly with his body flush against her. The hand that had been holding her arm was now buried in her hair, tilting her head up to force her to face him. His other hand was on her hip, his fingers holding her hip tight. She pushed against his chest with her now free hands but he didn't budge an inch.
"I don't know why you're trying to fight this," Orion told her, his eyes intense as he looked at her. He pressed his body further into her own and she gasped as she felt the rock-hard bulge in his pants pressing against her. "You're as attracted to me as I am to you. Why pointlessly push me away? Are you afraid of what my mother will think? Who says we need to tell her?"
Neo cursed her body as it responded to the feel of his. She almost had to shake himself out of the momentary stupor that went through her. "You're an asshole. How the hell you are Sarah's kid is beyond me-"
Orion leaned down and she stopped speaking entirely, thinking he was about to kiss her. Instead, he leaned close to her ear, and she felt a tremor go through her body as he breathed in heavily, smelling her. "Even your scent is making me crazy..." he spoke softly against her ear. "Imagine for a moment... how good our bodies would feel pressed against one another as I slide in and out of you... I want to taste every part of your skin..." She jumped as she felt his lips brush against the side of her neck, followed by his tongue. "Mmm... yes... we would be so good..."
Neo's head was spinning as her heart pounded in her chest. No, she couldn't! She wouldn't! She started to push against him again when his lips reached her own as he gave her a kiss that was so hot, she almost became a puddle. He pressed fully against her then, rubbing his body against her own. She was quickly losing perspective at the way he was manipulating her body when the screeching sound of a cat snapped her out of it. They were in an alley for God's sake and he seemed almost intent on taking her right there against the wall.
She kicked him as hard as she could in the shin, catching him off guard enough that he abruptly let her go. "Asshole!" she snarled as she then shoved him and made her escape out of the alley. Orion hopped while holding his shin. Those were some really pointy boots and that had hurt like a bitch! His own control snapped as he chased after her, fully intent on grabbing her and tossing her over his shoulder. He didn't care who the hell saw him.
