I breathe for a moment. Stung from the change of topic.
I move his arms from me. "You went through my phone?" I asked.
"No,he texted and I saw his name pop up. Now answer the question."
"He's..."
I stop who did he think he was. Coming in my house and demanding answers.
"None of your business." I snap.
"We aren't going out so there's no reason for me to answer you."
"Pyper anwser the God d@mn question. And I'm not gonna ask again."
My face heated.
"No I'm not gonna tell you again. You are nothing to me not a friend,relative or boyfriend. So don't act like your concerned because all you are Is a player." I shouted.
I shoved passed him and over to my door. I was opening it half way when he pulled my arm. The action caused me to spin into his chest.
"Get away from me." I growled.
"Pyper, Pyper we both know that's not true." He said condescendingly.
"I promise you by the end of-"
He looked at the Calender on my wall.
"The end of February I'll have you falling for me so hard you'll forget we even had this conversation. "
I looked at him it was October 28th.
I was figuring out how this was possibly gonna work but I couldn't find not one reason.
He was searching my eyes.
I sighed. "Give me a date."
He smirked. "February 28th."
"OK."
"But that means your mine now." He said grabbing my butt to pull me closer.
This was going to really be funny. When he loses this 'bet' I was gonna shove it in his face.
It was going to be the player getting played and that's just something that I was looking forward too.
"No. You didn't officially ask me out." I say.
He lets my butt and hand go and lifts me up bridal style.
"Pyper Jeanette Rydell Timms....''
'....Hey how do you know my middle name?" I ask, cutting him off.
"...Your mom, Will you please take me Shayne Green as your boyfriend. "
I laugh. "Shayne Green I Pyper Timms do not take you as my boyfriend."
I jump out his broad strong arms.
"Have a Nice day." I jog down the stairs and go to the door. Opening and slamming it shut.
Instead of going out the door I run to the bathroom and close the door.
I hear him run down the stairs and out the door like I predicted. As I get up from my hiding area. I hear the door open as I have my back turned towards it.
"Pipes you really should try not to leave foot prints." I look down at my feet. And invisibly face palm myself.
I left my rain water shoes on.
"Yea whatever." I say running up the stairs and to my room. I shut the door and quickly attempt to lock it. But my hands are slippery from sweating.
Shayne bursts through the door and scoops me up and slams me on my perfectly made bed.
He lays his broad body on my petty figure. "I can't breath." I say but in reality I can. I just wanted him off me.
"Not til you say Yes."
I look in the opposite direction.
"I could stay like this forever." He says.
Which scares me since he can be stubborn when need be.
"OK ok." I say.
"I'll go out with you." He laughs and raises up off me.
Once I'm up on my feet. With the help of him I dust my pants off.
"So Babe what do you wanna do today? "
Babe? Already with the Nick names.
I sigh.
"I'm suppose to be hanging with my friends today. But you've made me 30 mins late. "
"Okay let's not keep them waiting then."
