Kayla was bagged up against the very ugly black refrigerator. I was kissing her roughly. Not like I had done Pyper. This kiss showed nothing but, lust.
Because one thing I know for sure, is she was no Pyper. She sighs into the kiss before pulling away.
An audible noise is made, by the closing door.
She looks me in the eyes. Her grey eyes sparkling. One thing, probably the only thing. I liked about her.
"I missed you." She smiles as she says it.
I flinch at the same words, Pyper had used previously. I just smirk at her. Not daring to tell her a lie.
"I'm glad that Pyper bī*çh is out the way. I've longed to fvck you."
I clinch my jaw. I should be taking up for my girlfriend.
But the thing is, when she didn't remember, she broke my heart. I had discarded the relationship between us.
And I didn't ask her out again. So technically I'm single. I still love her, I do. But she still isn't 'mine' not officially at least.
"Speaking of the devil, I heard she had an accident, how is she?" She asks a smirk plastered on her face. Kayla quickly switches it into a look of concern. It was a fast motion, but I caught it.
My eyebrow raises.
"Better."
Her nostrils flare, "What do you mean by better?" She asks.
"She just returned from the hospital, shes doing way better." I add on the last part, watching her emotions.
"But she's not the reason, I came, well kinda. I'm here to break this off with you. If im gonna have a girlfriend, I can't continue to do this with you."
She's more angry than shocked. "You haven't known her that long-"
"I've known her, long enough. But im afraid that's none of your business." I sneer.
I put my hands in my pocket. As I turn to leave she says,
"I should've had Eva 'finish' the job."
What?
I quickly turn back towards her.
"What are you talking about?" I question.
"Evanna? My cousin,she just moved in. I asked her to get rid of Pyper so we could be back together. Shayne we belong together. Just you and me." She sighs. Her eyes plead with me.
She crosses the room. Grabbing my hand and placing her delicate hand inside of mine.
"You did that to Pyper?" I stare at her in disbelief, she smiles.
"Your crazy!" I shout angrily.
My fists curl up.
"Baby what are you talking about?"
I look at her,walking closer. She takes a step back. "Baby?"
The pattern continues until shes against the counter.
"Shayne!"
A high pitched scream was heard. It was in between agony and death.
Her body drops with a thud.
Next stop: Eva's.
