Day 4 - Blue Camp

The blue tribe members arrive at camp.

Kim: "Well done, Max!"

Kim and Max share a high-5.

Zoe: "Yeah, way to go."

Ondine: "So what are we waiting for? I want to try out the fishing kit."

Ondine and Kim take the fishing kit into the water.

Max: (confessional) "After today's challenge, I think I've definitely proven my value to this group. But there's one thing that's playing on my mind. This 'Miracle Island' denies its recipient an entire day with their tribe and since this ultimately is a social game, you want to take every opportunity you can get. Now, from what I've observed, Felix and Wayhem are a relatively tight pair. So, why would Felix vote to remove his top ally from camp for the day?"

Max goes to find Wayhem.

Max: "Hello, Wayhem. How are you?"

Wayhem: "I'm alright. How about you?"

Max: "Very good as well. We haven't had much opportunity to chat so far, I was hoping to fix that."

Wayhem: "Very well. What do you got?"

Max: "First, hopefully this isn't being too forward, but I'm a little concerned about your current choice of allies."

Wayhem: "Really? Why is that?"

Max: "A thought occurred at the challenge today when we were voting for who to send to Miracle Island. To my understanding, that posits a disadvantage as it removes a day's opportunities for conversations with the other players."

Wayhem: "Yes, I recall you sent Felix. Both times. Why are you telling me this?"

Max: "It's just I was under the impression you and Felix were relatively tight."

Wayhem: "We are."

Max: "So why did Felix vote to send you?"

Wayhem: "Hmm... I'll have to ask him."

Max: "Best of luck. I know you'll make the right decision."

Max departs.

Wayhem: (confessional) "Max certainly brings up a valid point. If Miracle Island is supposed to be a disadvantage, why did Felix try to send me. Best I can figure is either Miracle Island isn't the disadvantage we thought it was or Felix isn't the ally I thought he was."

Kim and Ondine, in the water.

Kim: "How much fish do you think we will need?"

Ondine: "If we can keep winning these rewards, hopefully not much. Speaking of which, because a challenge loss is ultimately inevitable, what do we do when that time comes?"

Kim: "We vote someone out, I guess."

Ondine: "Obviously. Question is who?"

Kim: "I would've thought that's why we were putting Felix on this Miracle Island. To remove him from the group."

Ondine: "Perfect. It's settled then."

Ondine: (confessional) "So we're settled on a single name for the inevitable vote when it comes. I know a shifty person when I see one and Felix is most certainly that. So all we need to do is keep Felix on Miracle Island and away from this camp for as long as possible until that opportunity comes."

Aurore and Mireille.

Aurore: "You know what really bothers me?"

Mireille: "What's that?"

Aurore: "That we initially thought of the idea for an alliance and then we're left out of it."

Mireille: "You're right. How did that happen?"

Aurore: "I don't know."

Wayhem approaches.

Wayhem: "Hey, girls. What's going on?"

Aurore: "We were just talking about how we were one of the first people to start thinking and making an alliance but somehow we are the ones left out of it. It doesn't seem fair."

Wayhem: "Yeah, I hear you. I just had an interesting talk with Max."

Mireille: "Really? What about?"

Wayhem: "He suspects there may be something else to this 'Miracle Island'. I think he may be onto something."

Aurore: "Is that so? Please elaborate."

Wayhem: "Well, the fact is that today, Felix voted to send me."

Aurore: "Yes."

Wayhem: "So either Miracle Island isn't the penalty we thought it was or Felix isn't the ally we thought he was."

Mireille: "Interesting. What do you make of this?"

Wayhem: "I don't know yet. Whatever the case may be, I certainly intend to ask."

Wayhem: (confessional) "This recent turn of events is definitely something new. But Max was right about one thing: I know I will be making the right decision. And it will be based on information I personally obtain, not information being fed to me from someone else."

MIRACLE ISLAND

Felix arrives on Miracle Island, disembarks the boat and is met with a sign.

Felix: "All right. I know the drill. What have you got for me? 'On this land lies immense and incredible power. What you seek will be something of natural black. With this item, your game may be like the Eiffel Tower. But your search might as well be a needle in a haystack. Take caution for power can harm at the seams, even while it fulfils your deepest dreams.'"

Felix: (confessional; Ladybug Miraculous) "Now, this is a tricky one. My best guess is I'm looking for a tower structure of some kind. You can't hide too many of those, surely?"

There's a collage of Felix searching throughout the island and after a few hours, he finds a tower of haystacks.

Felix: Laughs. "Of course." Felix dismantles the haystack tower and, in the base, finds a hexagonal black box. Felix opens the box to reveal a black ring within a green cat-shaped pawprint and a folded note. "'Congratulations, you have found the Miraculous of the Cat.' Yes! 'This Miraculous has the power to keep you safe at tribal council should you choose to play it. In addition, if unified with the Miraculous of the Ladybug, they can ensure safety even after the votes have been read. Last opportunity to play this miraculous is final 5.'"

Felix: (confessional; Ladybug & Cat Miraculous) "Now that I have both the Ladybug and the Cat miraculous, which can be united for additional power, I'm in a better position than anyone else in this game. And the best part is, no one knows it. I wonder how many more of these I can acquire."

Felix returns to the shore of the island and embarks the boat to return to camp.
