Day 19 - Reward

All players enter a challenge area where Alec is awaiting.

Alec: "Come on in, guys." The red team takes place on their coloured mat, shortly followed by green and blue. "Red getting your first look at the new green and blue tribes."

The red team look over and examine the other teams.

Mylene: "Same number of people, nothing has changed."

Nathaniel: "No, some of them have swapped over."

Alec: "Felix and Nora swapped tribes at last night's tribal council. Nora, what has your experience been with your new tribe?"

Nora: "They've been very welcoming so far. I wasn't expecting my first night in a new camp to be met with such warmth."

Alec: "Do you feel your allegiances are with the new tribe after the old one voted you out?"

Nora: "Not all of them voted me out." Turns towards the green mat. "But I would like to get back there to enact revenge on the people who did vote me out. If this lot are willing to help me do that, then I'll be more than happy to go along with them. They're even welcome to join in."

Mireille smiles slightly.

Alec: "Sabrina, have you been as welcoming to your guest as it sounds like blue has been with Nora?"

Sabrina: "We haven't had much opportunity to talk yet, but I'm always willing to meet new people."

Alec: "Are you ready for today's reward challenge?" Everyone cheers. "All right, for today's challenge, you each have a 10m tunnel frame and a supply of wooden planks and rope. You will have 10 minutes you obstruct your opponents frames with these planks. You may tie the ropes as simple or as complicated as you like, but of course, the more time you spend tying knots, the fewer knots you'll have. After the 10 minutes is up, you'll then need to make your way through your own tunnel. First tribe to complete the course wins reward. Want to know what you're playing for?" Everyone cheers. "The winning tribe will receive a cage of chickens. 2nd place will receive a carton of eggs. Green, you have 3 extra players, you'll need to sit 3 people out, blue, you have 1 extra player, you'll need to sit 1 player out. Keep in mind, the same person can't sit out in back to back challenges. Who's it going to be?" Ali, Juleka, Marinette and Wayhem raise their hands. "Ok, you're on the bench. Everyone else, you'll have a minute to strategise, then we'll get started."

Red mat.

Nathaniel: "We all know Ivan's good with lifting and Alix is good at tying knots. Between you, we have this challenge won."

Mylene: "So long as the others don't team up against us. So, let's go in with a solid plan. What are we doing?"

Alix: "I suggest we work with green. My brother's there, Ali's there, Juleka's there."

Rose: "2 of which are on the bench."

Alix: "We can still send them a message. This is a perfect opportunity to establish an alliance across tribes."

Adrien: "We can extend an offer to them, but ultimately, the ball is in their court."

Green mat.

Felix: "Are there any strong people here or was Nora the only muscle you had?" Awkward looks all around. "I see. Anyone here good with knots?"

Sabrina: "I've learned a few tricks from the girl scouts."

Alya: "I can step up as the strong one in Nora's stead. How about strategy? Do we target red or blue?"

Nino: "I think we need to do both, otherwise the one we don't barricade will win."
