Day 7 - Blue Camp

The blue members arrive at camp.

Felix: "Looks like our winning streak has been restored." Max rolls his eyes. "Well, we won, didn't we?"

Max: "Yeah, rub it in, why don't you?"

Mireille: "Come on, let's celebrate. Now, where's that fish and chips we were promised?"

Zoe: "I think I just found it."

Besides the tent is a 10kg sack of potatoes and a 2kg bag of salt.

Ondine: "And the fish are in the ocean. Wow."

Aurore: "You know, given Alec's reputation, that doesn't surprise me."

Ondine: "Might as well get started."

Ondine grabs the tribe's fishing equipment and enters the ocean while Aurore and Mireille start boiling some water. Max and Zoe leave in one direction and Felix and Wayhem in the other.

Max: (confessional) "Since last night, I've had a bit of an epiphany. My hypothesis is that Felix got that miraculous from his time on Miracle Island. So, I've decided to test that hypothesis by sending Kagami. Time will tell whether I'm right."

Aurore: "After today, I wonder if the other alliance is still hiring."

Mireille: "Probably not for a couple of reasons. First, they made the decision to exclude us from the beginning. Personally, I wouldn't want to join if they were offering."

Aurore: "Fair."

Mireille: "Second, they're kind of annoyed at us after last night."

Aurore: "It's fair game, though. Did they think we'd just roll over?"

Mireille: "Exactly. I'd expect the same level of fight from them. Which brings me to my next point, and a potential topic of concern. That entire alliance voluntarily sent Kagami to Miracle Island. Why?"

Aurore: "I don't know. Felix has been there; he'd probably have some insight."

Mireille: "Ok, let's find him and ask."

Aurore: (confessional) "Hopefully, the events of today have demonstrated the value Mireille and I present to this tribe. Having worked with Mireille before, I'm quite familiar with her capabilities and her mine. Mireille would've been there for at least another hour and I for another 2 hours. But there's the question of Miracle Island. If they've voluntarily sent one of their own, then we may need to rethink our voting criteria."

Aurore, Felix, Mireille and Wayhem.

Aurore: "Hey, Felix. We were wanting to ask you something."

Felix: "Sure. Go ahead."

Aurore: "What is Kagami going to find on Miracle Island?"

Mireille: "We're trying to figure out why that entire alliance would voluntarily send one of their own."

Felix: "I had hoped it would take them a bit longer to figure it out. Remember the miraculous last night?"

Mireille: "Can't possibly forget."

Wayhem: "It would seem that Miracle Island didn't get its name for no reason."

Felix: "I'm sorry, I should've told you sooner."

Aurore: "So, what can we do about it?"

Felix: "We can prevent the situation from getting any worse by keeping the votes within our group. They'll likely try the same and given the current division, 4-4, the vote is locked."

Wayhem: "And what happens then?"

Felix: "I guess we'll have to find out."

Felix: (confessional; Cat Miraculous) "Max has certainly proven to be smarter than I've given credit for, which is a bit of a problem. For now, we're at a standoff. But the thing with a standoff is that the first person to make a move typically ends up losing."

Max, Ondine and Zoe.

Zoe: "Would you like to explain your idea?"

Max: "Concerning Miracle Island?"

Zoe: "Yes. Specifically, why we sent Kagami instead of Felix."

Max: "Last time we sent Felix, he voted to send Wayhem, his closest ally."

Ondine: "Yes, I remember that."

Max: "And last night, Felix revealed a miraculous."

Ondine: "Which sent Kim home, yes."

Max: "By putting 2 and 2 together, my theory is that Felix got the miraculous from the island. After all, he's the only one that's been there and it explains why he wanted to send his ally. So, I decided to put that theory to the test."

Zoe: "Well, let's see if you're right."

MIRACLE ISLAND

Kagami arrives at the island and is met with a sign.

Kagami: "Ok, what have you got for me? 'Be wary of the leopard whose spots can't change. They don't even look for an exchange. Sharp you must be, if you wish to hit your target. Or else your game end up on the black-market. And as time progresses, the game becomes darker and stranger.' Hmm, child's play."

Kagami: (confessional) "Obviously, there's something on this island that wants to be found. If I were to guess, I think it's going to be something similar to what Felix pulled out last night."

After approximately 30 minutes of scouting the island, Kagami finds an archery range with obsidian-tip arrows.

Kagami: "Well, this is certainly out of place." Kagami takes the bow, loads an arrow and fires at the target, hitting the bullseye. The target splits apart, revealing a compartment behind it. "And what do we have here?" Kagami searches the compartment to find a black hexagonal box. Inside the box is the Ladybug Miraculous, along with a folded note. "'Congratulations, you have found the Miraculous of the Ladybug. This Miraculous has the power to keep you safe at tribal council should you choose to play it. In addition, if unified with the Miraculous of the Cat, they can ensure safety even after the votes have been read. Last opportunity to play this miraculous is final 5.' Miraculous of the Cat, huh? No prizes for guessing where that is."

Kagami: (confessional; Ladybug Miraculous) "This has been a very fortunate turn of events. I can't wait to return to camp and share this discovery with the others. Felix's reign of terror is about to expire."
