Day 20 - Immunity

All players arrive at a challenge area where Alec is waiting.

Alec: "Come on in, guys." The players stand on their respective tribe mats. "Rose, how are the chickens?"

Rose: "About that, we weren't given anything to feed them with."

Alec: "Nora, did you find the surprise I had for you?"

Nora: "You mean the bag full of almond seeds? We were all confused as to why that was there."

Alec: "That's the one. I trust you were able to put them to use?"

Nora: "We wasted no time eating them if that's what you mean."

Alec: "Speaking of which, lets not waste time getting to today's challenge. One at a time, you're going to run out in waste deep water and collect a crate. Once all 5 crates are collected, you will open the crates where you will find materials to build a pole. You'll use that pole to retrieve a key that will unlock a gate. Finally, the final member of your tribe will use the same materials from the pole to build a fire that will burn a string. First 2 tribes to burn through their string, triggering their flag to display, will win immunity, safe from the vote. Final tribe will go to tribal council where someone will become the 6th person voted out. Green you have 3 extra players, you'll need to sit 3 people out, blue you have 1 extra player, you'll need to sit 1 person out. As usual, can't sit out the same person in back to back challenges." Jalil, Marc, Nino and Mireille raise their hands. "Alright, you're on the bench. Everyone else can take a minute to strategise, then we'll get started."

Red mat.

Alix: "Building the fire sounds like a construction job, I can do that if you like."

Nathaniel: "We'll need you on this side to build the pole."

Mylene: "I can do it, I'll only slow you down in the water."

Adrien: "Very well, let's do this."

Green mat.

Juleka: "I wouldn't mind making the fire."

Ali: "Are you sure? On your own, you're going to be the centre of attention. It's interesting how the person on the final stage ends up with all the credit."

Marinette: "What you think, Felix? A chance to prove your worth to the team."

Felix: "Have you seen me in previous challenges? You're going to need my speed to when retrieving the crates."

Sabrina: "How about you?"

Alya: "Go on, Marinette, you've got this."

Blue mat.

Nora: "Who typically tends to the fire at camp?"

Max: "That would be me. And I'm not a strong swimmer anyway."

Nora: "Makes that decision easy."

The players take their positions in the challenge.

Alec: "Alright, building the fire, we have Mylene for red, Marinette for green and Max for blue. For immunity, survivors ready. Go!" Ivan and Sabrina run into the water while Nora swims, grab a crate from the platform and start running back. "Those crates contain the supplies for building your fire, you do not want to get them wet." Ivan returns to the shore with his crate, Alix runs out next. "Red builds an early lead, 1-0-0." Shortly after, Sabrina and Nora return to shore and Felix runs out and Ondine swims out. "And just like that, we're at 1 all."

Alix, Ondine and Felix arrive at the platform, grab a crate each and run through the water back to shore. Felix, Alix and Ondine return to shore and Alya, Rose and Kagami run out.
