Smile for jasmine

*the care journey home was pretty quiet! Nothing but the radio playing down low. Santana kept on looking to the back seats and seeing that jasmine was lost in her own little world. Sadly it was nothing to smile about because Santana could see that jasmine was bitting her lip nervously and that broke Santana's heart because she knows that she is about to leave jasmine with the boys and go back to the home. so she can only imagine how freaked out jasmine is gonna to be, living with 2 grown men that shes only spoken to for a very short period of time since waking from her coma. Not to mention the idiot of a boy named Carlos that Santana no longer trusts to take care of her grand-baby. She tries to forget about that for now though and she is gonna try to keep a brave face on so she can have a good day with her grandkids for jasmines 30th*

Kelsey: *was keeping an eye on Santana out the corner of her eye. she knew that Santana was over thinking something by the way her leg started to bounce and her hands were shaking* its gonna be ok san! ...take a deep breath for me! *held Santana's hand in hers rubbing her thumb over san's knuckles to get her to relax a little* ...home sweet home! *parks up outside the flat then turns her head to smile back at jasmine, in hopes that she can ease her nerves*

Jasmine: *smiles weakly because she is just trying not to cry like a baby out of frustration of not being able to remember where home is for her* You guys aren't leaving me are you? *had a sad look on her face as she looks at Santana and Kelsey*

Santana: *can see the fear in jasmines eyes and tries not to let her own emotions get the better of her since she is meant to be strong for jasmine* Of course not sweetheart! We are all coming inside with you. We cant miss out on the surprise the boys have set up for your birthday now can we?! *smiles at jasmine as she smiles weakly in hopes that she doesn't hurt anyone's feelings since she isn't actually sure how to feel about the boys just yet*

Kelsey: *takes her seatbelt off then turns to the girls* alright, lets get going ladies! The boys will be wondering where we went. *smiles because she told the boys what was happening and that they would be there soon enough*

Santana: *smiles then gets out the car to go and help jasmine out the car and into her wheelchair* you alright? *looked down at jasmine after putting her little backpack on the back of the wheelchair*

Jasmine: *nods her head up at Santana with a nervous grin* can you push me please! *was feeling very weak and tired*

Santana: *leans down to kiss jasmines on the head* of course i can sweetheart! *goes to the back of jasmine and pushed her chair while Kelsey follows*

Carlos: *was at the dinning table, getting all of jasmines gifts places on it nicely then placing the bunch of balloon on the floor at the side of the table* you ready for this little E! *shouts through the house so Elliot could hear from his room*

Elliot: *came into view and wheeled himself towards the dinning table with his card for jasmine on his lap* yep! *places the card in front of the presents where Carlos placed his*

Carlos: *heard the bell ring* showtime! *smiles at Elliot then goes over to open the door* evening ladies! *smiles at the girls but keeps his distance from Santana so they can get through the day without anything kicking off*

Kelsey: *could feel the tension between san and Carlos so she tries to think of something to do before jasmine notices anything* hey jasmine! Look what the boys have for you? *points over to the dining table and pushes jasmine over to it once they hung their coats up and took their shoes off*

Jasmine: *was a little overwhelmed with all the attention being on her and having these "strangers" spending money on her* you guys really didn't have to do all this! ...there's so much! *looks up at the boys as they sat at the opposite sit of the table*

Carlos: *was still kicking himself for what he put jasmine through so he did go a little overboard with the amount of gifts. But he's not sorry for it so he just smiles at jasmine* trust me! You deserve this and so much more! *wasn't wanting to get to close to her and scare her so he just smiles at her in hopes that he can show how much she means to him through a single look*

Jasmine: thank you! *is i
Unsure why she is feeling butterflies in her stomach from one glance at Carlos and seeing how nice he is being to her. She just smiles shyly and tries to bow her head to hid her blushing cheeks*

*everyone was watching the interaction with proud smiles on there faces... except for Santana, who is basically trying to burn holes through the side of Carlos' head as she stands close by with her arms folded across her chest*

*Kelsey seen Santana's behaviour out the corner of her eye so she turns to her and gives her a warning look and that is her way of silently telling Santana to calm down before Kelsey takes her back outside for some fresh air*

Elliot: *had spoken to Carlos about what happened between him and Santana the other day so Elliot now couldn't ignore the way his grandma was acting. Nonetheless he was gonna ignore it for now and keep jasmine away from that stress as much as possible today* Hey jazzy, how about you open them? *smiles encouragingly to jasmine as she looked up at him with hesitance in her eyes*

Jasmine: *turns to look at Santana* can i? *wasn't wanting to do the wrong thing since she still isn't sure about accepting all these gifts*

Santana: *smiles sweetly to jasmine as she takes a seat next to her and brushes her fingers through her granddaughters hair* go ahead sweetheart! They're all yours!

*after another minute of hesitation jasmine finally started to open up all her gifts and really took her time to appreciate each and every one*
