The place they were meeting at was a really pretty park, the main attraction being the pond where you could feed ducks. Of course there was the playground for the kids too. Mari was super excited, practically buzzing in her seat. She could barely contain her excitement as she saw a big giant rocket slide. Yoongi wasn't as excited when he saw the thing, it looked old and surely to fall any time soon.

He couldn't tell Mari to stay off it though, many other kids were on it and it wouldn't seem fair to her. If those other kid's parents weren't worried, then Yoongi shouldn't be either right? With Mari promising to be careful, Yoongi let the five year old run off. Thankfully he could still see her from the table he and the others were going to be sitting. He greeted the others, it only being Namjoon and Jin for now.

Jimin and Taehyung showed up next, not surprisingly Jungkook showed up a little afterwards. Thankfully they bought some food for them to eat so they wouldn't all be in awkward silence, everyone knowing there was something missing. Yoongi was in the middle of storing some food in a to-go container, knowing Mari would be hungry soon when he heard everyone gasp. Yoongi looked up and froze, not believing his eyes. Right there, in the flesh was Jung Hoseok.

Yoongi sat there frozen, unsure of what to do or say. He couldn't look away, not even after Hoseok looked right at him. Memories flooded in his brain and he couldn't help but tear up. Remembering their last night, remembering waking up alone in pain and the one person he trusted the most just gone. Remembering all the harsh words and being scared of what Hoseok had done.

It wasn't Yoongi who came back to himself first, it was Jimin. The blond stood up, went to Hoseok and slapped him. Before everyone could panic Jimin then pulled Hoseok into a hug. Hoseok looked really confused, a little funny looking with a red mark on his face. Jimin started sobbing into Hoseok's chest, followed by Jin and Taehyung coming up and hugging Hoseok as well.

Namjoon grimaced before getting up as well, only leaving Jungkook and Yoongi at the table. Namjoon whispered something to Hoseok and that's when Yoongi had to look away. He only realized he shaking when Jungkook placed a hand on his shoulder.

"I can't believe he actually showed up," Jungkook whispered, his voice laced with what could only be anger. "You okay hyung?"

"I...I don't know."

He knew that he'd eventually have to see Hoseok, if he did show up to Namjoon's wedding. Well, here the brunette is but Yoongi didn't feel ready. The noirette expected them to like glance at each other from across the isle or some cheesy shit like that, he didn't actually want to talk to him. Maybe Yoongi didn't have to talk to him, after all Hoseok hadn't talked to him in five years so what's a few more days huh? It would've been easier if Hoseok didn't look like such a pathetic kicked puppy.

The rest of the members started out with a bunch of questions, Hoseok answered them the best he could. Yoongi knew the brunette was holding back some stuff, not like it was surprising though. The elephant in the room was thick and small talk and little questions was the only way to avoid it. They all knew what it was though, there was no pretending. Yoongi couldn't sit there and pretend when the man who walked out on him and their daughter was literally sitting in front of him, seriously like couldn't he sit anywhere else?

Yoongi couldn't help the anger bubbling up inside his chest, downright glaring at Hoseok. He wasn't trying to be subtle. He thought he could be amicable if this happened but apparently not. He had so many questions and things to say it was driving him crazy. Jungkook was the same way, his hand also never left Yoongi's shoulder.

"Hey Appa, look what I found!"

Yoongi stiffly turned around to see what his daughter had found. It was a four leaf clover, something Yoongi would normally be ecstatic about but at the moment, he felt like he was going to explode. Before he could possibly melt down in front of his daughter Jin stepped in.
