I can't believe it... vampires really exist!!! - Part 2

It was another rainy and cloudy day, it was already 8 am and yet it still seemed dark outside.  You’re alarm started going crazy so you quickly put it off and snuggled into your pillow closing your eyes again.  A few minutes later you shot up and remembered yesterday then realized that you wanted to go to the library again today.  You got up and brushed your teeth and then got dressed.  You didn’t feel like eating anything so you only drank a cup of coffee.  You grabbed your cell phone and bag and then you were off. 

              

*I wonder if he is already there…* you thought.  You didn’t want him to wait for you, because you don’t like to make people wait so you started to walk faster.  About 15 minutes later you arrived at the library, while you were walking it was raining softly, but just as you entered the library it stopped raining completely, but it was still very cloudy.  You looked at yourself in the glass door quickly fixing your composure and then walking on.  You went to the same spot as yesterday at the back of the library.  When you got there you didn’t see him there so you went and sat down, you put your elbows on the table and used your hands to support your head by placing them under your chin.  You stared at all the book shelves with no real face expression for about 3 minutes and then stood up.  *I can’t just sit like this, it’s way to boring* you thought.  You decided to find those same books from yesterday.  A little while later you had all 5 books on the table again and spread out all over the table. 

You were concentrating so hard on what you were reading that you didn’t even notice that Dante was standing on the other side of the table.  Then he suddenly said “Hi Lilly” you didn’t even hear him and just kept reading he was surprised by this and decided to move closer and went and stood right next to you.  “Lilly!” he said louder this time, you finally heard him and quickly looked up at him.  Your eyes went wide from surprise and you stood up “D-Dante… I-I’m sorry, I was uhm… r-reading and didn’t no-notice you standing t-there” you said very nervously.  He laughed at you and that made you blush.  You sat back down and he went and sat down on the other side of the table. 

“You must really be interested in whatever you were reading if you didn’t even notice me standing there” he said looking at you, “Hehe… yea sorry bout that again, I’m just having a hard time finding the information I’m looking for” you said looking down at the table.  “Oh and what information might that be” he asked “Uhm… just some information about vampires” you replied.  “Don’t you know anything about vampires?” he asked raising an eyebrow at you “No-no I know a lot about vampires actually, its just that everybody’s opinion about them is different say for example some people say vampires can’t be in the sunlight, but they can be in artificial light and others say they can’t be in any kind of light” you replied scratching your head.  “Oh so your getting confused because of all the different opinions and don’t know which are wrong and which are right” he said, “Exactly” you said smiling.  You looked at the book you were reading when he asked “Well what does that book say so far?” you looked up at him and then back at the book “It says that vampires can’t be in any kind of light only the moonlight” you replied as you read it from the book aloud.

He stood up and came over to you, you watched him as he did so and then saw he was going to stand behind you.  The next moment he bent over your shoulder, he put his right hand on the chair and his left hand on the book you were holding.  You felt very nervous in this position and you were shaking a little.  He then stood up straight again still standing behind you.  “Who ever wrote this book doesn’t have a clue what he is talking about” he said as he looked down at you.  You looked at him a bit puzzled.  “These books are not going to give you the right information” he said, “Oh no this totally sucks” you said with a sad expression.  “Wait! How do you know if the information in these books are correct or not?” you asked raising an eyebrow at him while crossing your arms, “Well that’s because I have books at home that were written by Dracula himself and others that were written by vampire hunters” he replied smiling.  You looked at him totally shocked “Are you serious?!” you asked.  “I promise you” he replied with a serious face.  “Wow that’s so cool” you burst out and then smiled.  “Hehe… yea I guess it kind of is” he said scratching his neck. 

There was silence for a while then Dante said “If you want to… you can come to my house and… uhm read the books” you looked at him surprised and said “Serious, are you sure?” “Yes of course no problem at all” he said smiling at you.  “Thank you” you said and smiled back at him.  “So shall we go then?” he asked and gestured towards the doors, “Oh yea sure ok” you said and started walking towards the doors.  You both walked silently until you were outside.  You started to walk on when Dante suddenly asked “Where are you going?” “I’m walking to wherever your house is” you replied with a confused look.  “Hehehe we don’t have to walk” he said while trying to keep himself from laughing.  You stood there very confused, but then you saw him walking towards a car.  You’re mouth dropped open and you couldn’t believe your eyes as he opened the cars’ doors.  You stood there like an idiot that’s never seen a car, but that was because it wasn’t just any car.  “Are you coming?” Dante asked, then you snapped out of your little daze and went over to him, you stood next to him staring at the car.  “Are you ok?” he asked you with a worried look on his face, “Y-yea I’m totally fine it’s just this car is… wow!” you said still staring at it.  “Oh you like it?” he asked smiling “Yes it’s awesome” you said happily.  “Well then I’m glad, so shall we?” he asked as he held the car door open for you, “Oh yes thank you” you said and climbed in.  He went around the car and then climbed in on the other side.

Dante started his car and began to drive.  “Did you really think we were going to walk to my house?” Dante asked “Yes I did, I mean I didn’t know you have a car, I didn’t even know you could drive… well actually I didn’t think you could because you look so young” you replied nervously.  “Oh yeah haha, we don’t even know each others ages but you’re already coming to my home” he said grinning slightly.  “Hehe yea… weird” you said.  “Well I’m 19” he said “I’m 18” you replied, “Oh so you’re still in school?” he asked looking a bit surprised “Yup it’s my last year and then I’m finally out of that prison” you replied smiling.  He laughed and then said “Oh so that’s what you call school these days” “Yea I mean why not, school is there to keep the kids out of the streets and out of the clubs and rather torture them with loads of boring work” you said sarcastically.  “Hehe well there is some truth to that” he said smiling.  The car then came to a stop in front of a huge gate, “Well we’re here” Dante said.  You looked in front of you and your jaw practically dropped to the ground as you stared in amazement.
