You were mumbling in your sleep without realizing it. “Dante… kiss… good… want… more” you mumbled clenching the t-shirt closer to you. Your mom was shaking your shoulders lightly. “No… earthquake… Dante… hold… me” you mumbled again and turned onto your side. “Lilly!” your mom called loudly, your eyes shot open and you immediately sat up straight. You looked to your right to see your mom looking like she was gonna burst out in tears, you looked at her shocked then your expression turned to annoyance, from holding back laughter. “Good morning Lilly” your mom greeted grinning at you, you yawned “Morning mom” you said rubbing your eyes. “Sounds like you were dreaming about something interesting” your mom commented smirking, you raised an eyebrow at her “Why would you say that?” you inquired. “Because you were mumbling certain things in your sleep” your mom pointed out, your eyes grew wide “Oh no… not again” you squeaked placing your hands over your face.

                              

Your mom laughed “Don’t worry, honey… I won’t tell him” she reassured winking. You frowned crossing your arms “Gee thanks” you retorted. Your mom giggled “Okay, honey get dressed and then come down to eat breakfast” she ordered smiling. You looked at her skeptically “But why? It’s only 8 am” you asked, “Because we’re going shopping for some groceries and school supplies you may need” she informed. You furrowed your eyebrows “School supplies?” you inquired confused, your mom nodded “Yes honey… school starts again tomorrow for the last term” your mom reminded. Your eyes grew wide “No!” you yelled falling back down, your mom laughed “Yes! Now get up and get ready” she said walking towards the door.

Your mom exited your room and you sighed deeply closing your eyes *I can’t believe school’s starting again tomorrow… at least it’s the last term… and it’s my last year as well. That makes me feel a little better already* I thought then got up off my bed and went to my closet. I rummaged through it a few seconds until I found something appropriate yet awesome to wear, I decided on a dress, some jewelry and shoes. You wore the lace cuff on your right hand and the ring on your left hand, middle finger.

You straightened your hair and combed it the way it’s always styled but this time you left your hair hanging loose. You put on a layer of eyeliner, some mascara and colorless lip-gloss. You grabbed your white and black bottles of cutex and went downstairs. “Is breakfast ready yet?” you asked sitting down at the table, your mom shook her head “Not yet honey, give me another 15 minutes” she replied from over at the stove. “No it’s okay, take your time mom” you said smiling, *Cause then I can quickly do my nails* you thought grinning and went to the bathroom to wash your hands. You went back to the kitchen and started to do your nails. You made them black and then made your tips white, once you were finished you looked at your nails nodding in approval *Quick and easy yet stylish and fitting* you thought smiling. After 10 minutes of standing under the fan, hands in the air you felt that your arms were lifeless. You pressed a nail to your lips and smiled knowing they were dry “Honey, I’m done” your mom informed.
