TIME SKIP: SIX MONTHS

“I think we should take a dip in the pool.” Jake suggested as they entered their Ocean Cliff villa at the Bvlgari Resort Bali.
“Sure, baby!” Bella replied as she walked in, smiling at her husband who held the door open for her. “Let me change into a suit and out of these sweaty gym clothes.”
The couple had just come back from the gym.
“Why bother? It’s a private villa.” Jake winked, removing his Balenciaga trainers.
Bella threw her towel at Jake. “Mr. Jeon!”
Jake caught the towel and scooped her up, walking across their room and out into the pool area. “C’mon, baby! Live a little.” He gently lay her on the lounge chair right beside their private pool, squatting beside her.
Bella stretched to kiss her husband on the nose. “I thought that’s what we were doing.”
Today was their last day of a week-long vacation in Bali. In the past few days, they had gone on tours where they rode on ATVs, went on the jungle swing, went parasailing, snorkeling and white-water rafting among others.
Bella always knew her husband was an adrenaline junkie and even if she was scared to try them, she was surprised that she found the courage to complete them all with Jake. It was a compromise that they had agreed on. Jake would accompany her on her temple and village tours and she would go on his preferred tours that required more active participation. She did not regret that decision one bit.
Jake stood up and removed his shirt and gym shorts. He placed it on the lounge chair by Bella’s feet. “I’ll be waiting for you.” He teased as he dove into the pool.
Bella chuckled as she watched his head come above the water and he started to do laps. She got up and walked into their room. She went over to the in-room safe and took out her phone.
She removed her trainers and placed them beside Jake’s. It was a matching his and hers set specially designed for them in black and purple. Bella had agreed to model it with Jake for Balenciaga.
Surprisingly, Jake’s revelation of his marital status at their last concert was largely well-received. A few of the fans were salty, as expected, but the fact that Bella was not a Korean seemed to work in her favor.
ARMYs found it endearing that someone from basically a different country, with a different nationality and a different culture could capture the heart of an idol such as Jeon Jungkook.
Bella herself was a looker and of good temperament. She was introverted and shy but she had her own charisma that the fans found endearing.
Bella walked right back out into the pool area and started to record her husband swimming, making sure to capture the beauty of their surroundings.
The pool was nestled in between their room and the vast ocean beyond the cliff. She was standing on dark hardwood floors, in a space outside their room that had a wooden table and matching benches where one could relax and have a meal.
Directly in front of her were two lounge chairs outfitted with white fluffy cushions, mirroring the luxury of their own bed. She and Jake had spent quite a few nights just lounging there and looking out into the tranquil sea.
After about a minute, Bella ended the recording and placed her phone beside Jake’s clothes on the lounge chair.
Throwing caution to the wind, Bella took off her shirt and her joggers. They, too, went beside Jake’s clothes. Walking the five steps to the private pool, Bella dove into the water and came up on the far side of the pool. It was six feet deep and Bella placed her elbows above the water to anchor herself on to the side, as she couldn’t reach the pool floor.
