Mililani pov

It's been a year since I last seen Kodie. So that makes it a year and a half she's been gone. I miss her like crazy. Sometimes I find me losing myself because we were so close we talked about everything and helped each other. But she's not here. Me and Cameron are still together. That makes 3 years. I love her so much , and she helps me any way she can. Mom and Ms. Shane are the best of friends and let me tell you Baby Girl Nickole is spoiled! Shes now one years old and a chunky bundle of joy. Me mom and mama Shane talks to kodie once every few months over phone , but it's not the same. She's missing so much. And we miss her so much. But I understand, she will come home when she's ready.

"You ok baby?" Cam asked walking into our bedroom. We moved in together a few months ago.

"I'm fine" I said she came over to the bed and bent down kissing me deeply.

"I love you." I said looking into her eyes.

"I love you more." She smiled

"I have a surprise for you ." She said sitting beside me

"Oh my, what is it this time?"

"Just go do your morning routine and Come downstairs." I nodded get up crawling into her lap

"How did I get so lucky?" I said wrapping my arms around her neck

"That's a good question," she said as she smirked. I had already brushed my teeth but I still had on my bra and thong set. I kissed her intensely, pulling her closer to me

"Baby" she moaned into the kiss as her hands squeezed my ass causing me to moan

"Uh huh?" I asked moving down to her jawline to her neck

"Fuck" she cursed causing me to smirk. I bit into her collar bone as she hissed I began sucking to ease the pain. I kissed back up to her lips and tongue kissed her. We pulled apart breathing heavily.

"You are something else you know that?" She asked a I smiled innocently. I pecked her lips a few more times before getting up.

"Hurry up, don't be in there all day" she said behind me as she smacked my ass

"Ouu Daddy do it again" I said pushing my ass into her pelvis

"Girl gon lil nasty, before I have you bent over taking back shots." She laughed pushing my neck down making me bend over. We both busted out laughing

"I'm not trying to be handicapped for the day so let me go"

"Exactly" she said smacking my ass harder this time and running out the room. I'ma beat some color into her light bright ass.

Cameron pov

These 3 years with Mililani has been amazing. Not gone lie this shit was a roller coaster but I wouldn't change any of it.

I cooked her favorite breakfast and sliced up some fruits and got a bottle of her favorite champagne to make mimosas. I just wanted to do something for her, just to remind her that I'm here. Since kodie left she's had good and bad days. Most days she's fine but then we have our days where we butt heads and she shuts down and just cries all day. She tells me she needs space and I give her that. The longest we've went without speaking has been a week and a half. We were both sick asf , I missed her as so much. It just got super heated. That's a whole situation i ain't tryna think about.

Flashback

"What the fuck is wrong with you? Why would you say that?!" Lani yelled

"Tell me Lani! Something had to happen!" It had been a few weeks after Lani left to see Kodie and she'd been acting hella distant. Not to mention she came back crying and shit she wouldn't even let me touch her. She completely shut me out.

"You've gotta be fucking kidding me! No we didn't fuck! You know that!" She yelled now all I'm my face

"Ion know shit Mililani." I said staring down at her I was so pissed right now. My fist were balled up and my blood was boiling. That is until her eyes began to water. She quickly broke eye contact turning her back to me. I instantly softened.

"Baby-" I tried to reach out for her but she snatched away from me. Not gone lie that hurt.

"I'm sorry." I said grabbing her hand making her look at me

"You know me... I'm not them bitches you used to fuck with. You know I would never do some shit like that. And you know our situation." She said looking at me with disgust snatching her hand away. That shit broke my heart. Because I knew I fucked up and hurt her. And honestly had no reason to be accusing her. And she promised me when she's ready that I would be her first. So I knew she didn't I was just jealous.

"Im sorry" I trying to grab her but she put her hand up to stop me

"Nah you good.... I need, I need space." She said crying

"What the fuck Mililani, you leaving me?" I asked as my chest and throat gotten heavy.

"No of course not." She stated quickly

"I just need time. Time to think and get myself together. Can you give me that?" She said

What I there to think about? Is what I wanted to ask but I just nodded. I kissed her one last time before leaving.

That day I was literally drowning my thoughts in alcohol I just new that I had fucked up. A week and a half went by and I couldn't wait any longer to see and just hear her voice. That time apart actually led to our first time together. But ima let her tell y'all that😉
