EPILOGUE

ELVIRA's POV

"I, Faye La Cuesta, take you, Jax De Avila, to be my husband, and I do promise and covenant, before God and these witnesses, to be your loving and faithful husband/wife in plenty and in want, in joy and in sorrow, in sickness and in health, as long as we both shall live."

Maraming pagsubok ang hinarap namin bago kami dumating sa altar. Kinasal man kami agad noon, pero hindi naging madali ang buhay namin.

Hindi porket mayaman kami ay stable na sa lahat ng bagay ay masaya kami.

Marriage doesn't follow up with a 'happily ever after' all the time. Problems are sure to check upon you when you think everything seems just alright.

Kung sa fairytale nagtatapos iyon sa phrase na and they lived happily ever after sa totoong buhay hindi iyon ganun kadali.

Pagkatapos ng kasal doon niyo pa lang haharapin ng partner mo ang totoong pagsubok sa buhay.

Kami ni Jax ay dumaan kami sa maraming pagsubok sa buhay.

May bumalik na minsan ng sinubukang sirain ang relasyon namin. Syempre nagtagumpay siya.

Pero sa huli ay may nagwagi ang pagmamahal namin.

Pero bago kami maging maayos dumaan muna kami sa time na akala namin katapusan na ng lahat.

Akala ni Jax wala na ako at ang anak namin. At akala ko rin noon ay hindi na ako babalik pa sa kaniya.

Pero ito kami ngayon at masaya na ulit sa piling ng isa't isa.

"Mom? Kailan po ikaw mag-gi-give birth? I wanna see my sister na po eh." Fate said while caressing my stomach.

"Malapit na baby. This is gonna be your sisters last month here sa stomach ko. And who knows, maybe tomorrow? The day after tomorrow? Or maybe next week makakasama na natin siya." I said.

Tinignan ko si Jax na nasa tabi ko and he's just staring at me while also caressing my stomach.

"But Mom can I call her Lili paglabas niya?" She asked.

"Sure, honey. You can call her whatever you want. Maasahan ka naman namin na tutulungan kaming alagaan si Baby Lili di ba?"

"Of course, Mommy. I will be gentle to her po. I will play with her rin kapag malaki na siya." I smiled dahil sa sinabi niya.

"Natatandaan mo naman siguro ang mga tinuro namin sa'yo ng Mommy mo di ba?" Jax asked.

"Opo. Like wag siya pakainin ng food because she's still a baby. She only need Mommy's milk. And I will also sing a song to her para maka tulog siya. And gently pat her head since it's soft pa."

Can you imagine, a seven years old girl already know how to take care of her sibling? Well, that's Fate.

"Mommy what if po you will give birth po kay Lili at exactly my birthday po? My birthday is 3 days to go na lang po. I hope you will give birth to her at exactly my birthday para po sabay kaming mag-celebrate."

Fate's 8th birthday is coming. And three days na lang nga iyon.

"Do you want that? Then let's pray for it." I smiled at her when she automatically start praying.

"Dear lord, please po sana sabay kami po ng birthday ni Baby Lili. Thank you. I love you po."

After a couple of months we are already celebrating Fate's 9th birthday and Baby Lili's first birthday.
