"So, how are you guys?" I asked the four–Rave, Earl, Ayer and Brice– who's now sitting on the couch.
I'm standing in front of them, watching them avert their gazes. Thanks to the video call of Brice, we heard the whole scene and we watched it too of course!
It took a lot of words to stop Asra, Deborah, Claud and Ivo to follow them while watching. I thought they wanted to stop the fight but they said it's unfair kung sila lang daw ang mag bugbugan.
"Nakuha ko na yung medicine kit!" Iris lifted a white box behind Keith.
Lumapit na silang dalawa ni Ella sa harap ng apat. Rave has scratch marks. Earl and Brice have wounds on their lips. Si Ayer naman ang wala, pasa lang ang mayroon.
"Thank you Aldo," Saad ko nang tumabi na siya sa'kin, kaka-pasok lang uli sa villa. I asked him to pick these four up with Ella kanina.
"Aray! Aray naman!" Ayer screamed, habang nilalagyan ni Blanca ng ointment ang pasa niya.
Dinidiin siguro ni Blanca 'yan.
"Sure na 'no? Walang CCTV sa loob ng bar?" Tanong ko kay Aldo na tinatawanan sila Earl.
He nodded without looking at me. "Wala, sumilip rin ako kanina nung sinundo sila, pero wala talaga eh."
I sighed. Inside the bar is really the perfect room for crimes.
"Brice, nalagay mo ba sa c.r yung pinapalagay ko?" We heard Fabian.
When we heard Fabian's question, we all stopped and waited for Brice's response. Naalala kong may isa pa nga pa lang dapat gawin sila Brice.
Brice massaged his wrist then stood up. "I did, let's check it tomorrow night."
"God! I keep having goosebumps every time! We're like a spy!" Twilla shouted then hugged Asra.
"We are," Brice mumbled, then left the living room.
"Pumanget ka lalo Earl," Kumento ni Deborah sa mismong harap ni Earl.
Rave laughed. "I know right! Etong sira ulo kasing 'to, kinakalma ni Brice, aba't ayaw!" She elbowed Earl.
"I heard it too. Bakit hindi ka nakinig Earl?" Keith asked him suddenly.
What they did is pretty risky.
Earl averted his gaze, "Trash daw..trash daw kasi si Brice." He mumbled to himself.
And it made us laugh.
"Ano? Hindi ko narinig eh," Claud asked him again. Umupo pa talaga siya sa harap ni Earl.
"Ako rin, ano 'yon Earl?' Ely asked too.
"Mga mahihinang nilalang," Pagmamayabang ni Deborah at tinaas ang kanyang phone."Ni-record ko 'wag kayong mag alala."
"Trash daw..trash daw kasi si Brice."
"Trash daw..trash daw kasi si Brice."
Ilang beses pa inulit ni Deborah ang record sa phone niya kaya nainis na si Earl. Earl stood up then tried to stole Deborah's phone.
Deborah threw it to me kaya kabadoa kong sibalo ang phone niya.
Oh God! Muntik pa ko maka basag ng phone.
"Akin na, Aiby!" Sigaw ni Earl sa'kin at lumapit.
Bago pa makalapit sa'kin si Earl, I threw the phone to Ella.
Earl stared at Ella. "Maawa ka naman,"
Ella didn't say anything and threw it back to Claud.
It took minutes for us to stop dahil tuwang tuwa sila sa pang aasar kay Earl. Brice told us to rest for now dahil wala naman na kaming gagawin.
