Our Own Little World (marceline x bubblegum)

Bubblegum and Marceline sneaks out the Kingdom once everyone falls asleep. They didn't want to alarm anyone but in hindsight, if anyone was awake they would probably flip seeing as the two were dressed in all black. They were on a mission. To see the ice man (ice king). After a little bit, they stumble upon the frozen castle. Surprisingly the door was unlocked so they just stroll in and straight to the ice king's cold room along with the penguin. The girls sneak up to the sleeping ice king. Marceline shushes the princess and quickly puts a hand over the man's mouth. "For globs sake marcy what are you doing? Remove your hand" the vampire rolls her eyes and moved her hand as the king sits up gasping. "What the" the ice king replies in shock. " Shush old man. Why'd you do it!" The ice king looks in shock "if it's about the princesses hair, it was not me" the pair rolls their eyes. "Why did you hurt peppermint butler?" Bubble gum replies accusingly. The ice king rolls him eye " I've never touched the mint." The girls look at each other trying to determine if they can believe him or not. "We found your hair. Who else has that shade of white" the princess asks pointing her finger. The ice King's eyes raise in horror. "She's back. Get out! Now! I don't need her finding me! He yells pushing the girls out the door, locking it behind him. The pair looks at each other, standing in shock. "What was that?" They say In unison. the pair decide they need to ask around the next day to see if anyone knows what the king is talking about. The news kinda shook up the girls and neither of them wanted to go home. "Let me take you on a walk" Marceline demands. The princess rolls her eyes " only because I'm too frightened to go to bed right now. Marceline takes the pair into a clearing surrounded by trees. The clearing had a circle of black roses in the center of it. "What is this?" The princess replies in awe. "My spot, I come here to write my songs" Marceline replies gliding to the center of the roses. The princess sits next to the vampire and leans back on her hands to look at the many stars. "Its so beautiful here I can't believe ive never seen this place." Marceline smiles "I've never show anyone so feel special." The princess smiles and turns to face the girl.
It seemed like Marceline needed to say something but she couldn't manage to get the word out as she was starting at the princesses bright eye. "We should probably go, it looks like it is going to rain now" the princess asks if the vampire could stay over seeing as the two were shaken up still. Looks like they're having a sleepover, this should be interesting.
