The princess and vampire duo arive back at the palace to try and get some sleep before their big day tomorrow. They were determined to find out who hurt peppermint butler.
The pair sneaks into the castle undetected and up the stairs to the princesses room. "I am going to change into something with color" says the princess, looking disgusted with the lack of anything pink in her outfit. "Need help?" Marceline asks with a smirk, earning a scoff from the princess. As the princess sneaks off to change, Marceline decide she wants to change as well, she begins rummaging through drawers. Since the two use to share clothes all the time, Marceline helps herself to one of the very few not pink items, a black t-shirt paired with pink plaid pj pants, her options were limited.

Princess bubblegum pov

As i am finishing getting ready for bed, i hear what sounds like drawers opening. I cant help but smile a little bit imaginening the vampire queen looking for something dark to wear in a drawer full of pink. I have very few dark shirts, the one i am currently wearing happened to have came from marceline. Not that i would ever admit it but i wear this shirt every night but i dont want marceline to know so i slide an oversized pink t over the shirt. I throw my hair up in a messy bun then leave the bathroom ready for sleep.
Right as i open the door to the room, i am stopped in my tracks. I can't help but to stare at the sight infront of me. Marceline is facing a mirror at the opposite end of the room, carefully examining her face curiously, paying no mind to the princess. She is beautiful. The only sentence i can manage to form in my head. I look the vampire up and down examining her as i raise my eyes back to the mirror, i am horrified to see that i have been spotted. "Like what you see princess?" I turn away quickly to try and hide my dark pink blush "i was just seeing what clothes you found" i manage before jumping into bed, facing the opposite direction of marceline. After what feels like forever ( about a minute) marceline joins me in bed. She glides over and lowers herself facing to me. "Dont be embarrassed princess, i enjoy you watching."
