Dimentio and Blumiere had set to work soon after that, both of them coming to an agreement. The agreement was that Dimentio would help Blumiere escape in exchange for fencing lessons. That odd request baffled Blumiere, but he decided to just comply instead of asking questions. Dimentio noted that Blumiere seemed to be the more hopeful and chipper one out of the two of them, which he found ironic considering past events between them.

Dimentio also now found himself crawling through the hole that Blumiere had made, trailing behind Blumiere as they made their way to his cell. The two of them grunted and shuffled along as they went, the tunnel just big enough for them to army crawl through. Normally, Dimentio would've been concerned about how dirty he would've been getting, but he was far past such fanciful expectations by now.

"Even though I've only been here for a year longer than you, I think that you'll find I've made a slightly better use of my time," Blumiere smiled, interrupting Dimentio's thoughts, "and now, I can share it with you!"

Finally, the two of them reached the end of the hole and surfaced, Blumiere clambering out first and extending a hand down for him to take. Dimentio took his hand and hoisted himself up with a grunt, getting his footing as he brushed himself off. The jester lifted his gaze, slightly surprised to find a very similar cell that looked like his own - without the words in the wall - but with what looked like a bookshelf with several books inside.

"It's not much, but I've made it manageable," Blumiere told him, folding his hands behind his back.

Dimentio narrowed his eyes and walked over to the bookshelf, looking over the books inside. He lightly ran a hand over the bindings, squinting to read all the titles in the dark light, trying to identify whether these were real or falsified.

"How many books do you have..? How did you get this many?" Dimentio asked.

Blumiere hummed as he looked over his shoulder at the tomes.

"I have about six books right now. It's amazing how well good behavior pays." Blumiere replied, "I always make sure to say thank you to the guard who serves the food every day and night."

Dimentio shook his head in disbelief, taking a step back.

"Wow. I'm sure that my moaning and groaning for a man who never cared definitely annoyed them, ah ha ha." Dimentio laughed, "Oh, that reminds me."

Dimentio reached into his tattered and torn cloak that he had slipped back on before going into the tunnel and pulled out an envelope, holding it out to him. Blumiere looked it over curiously while Dimentio simply dangled it in front of him.

"Mr.L and I had made hand-made invitations to everyone, even you, despite you being missing," Dimentio stated.

"Awww... Dimentio, I'm flattered." Blumiere replied, taking the envelope.

Dimentio sighed as Blumiere began to tear open the letter with a smile.

"Well, sorry to tell you, but we both missed the wedding," Dimentio muttered spitefully under his breath, although directed it at no one.

Blumiere fully opened it up and took out the slip of paper. He unfolded it and began to read with a warm smile that soon froze into a frown.

"Um, Dimentio?" Blumiere asked.

"What now..?" Dimentio sighed.

"This... Isn't an invitation." Blumiere said, holding it out to him, "It's... A confession roll."

"I'm sorry, a what?" Dimentio questioned.

Dimentio quickly snatched back the sheet and began to read through it.
