AN: There is a picture above with the music! :D

Also, forwarning, there are brief mentions of divorce and suicide. It is not mentioned a lot, but I still felt the need to add a warning even when it's not talked about for more than about 2 paragraphs. -w-"

Albert walked down the sidewalk, holding a small jewel box to his chest with a hopeful smile on his face. The sun was past high noon and the time was turning slowly through the evening for the Mushroom Kingdom. It was now a few hours after he had spoken with the Count of Dimension D, and also time to go to the church.

There was only one church near the castle, it was quite large and well-tended to. Daisy didn't go to it many times for services - often blaming her role as queen for the lack of time - but Albert went to church a lot with Luigi. Believe it or not, Luigi came a lot to the church to just pray at the least.

Albert hummed to himself as he neared the large building, looking up towards the clouds to catch a glimpse at the peak of the tower which held the chapel bells. He strode up the many steps and pushed the large doors inward with a free hand, glancing inside to see if there was any clue as to what the count could have been talking about.

The young man stepped inside, walking into a large lavish lobby while nervously tapping his fingers against the small box. Albert turned his head every which way until he finally saw someone else; they were in a light-colored robe with a high-up collar that hid most of their face, but overall they looked very rich.

"Excuse me! I'm here looking for someone?" Albert called out, walking over to them.

The person turned to face him with a hum, arching an eyebrow in response. Albert stopped in front of them and got a good look at their face. This person was extremely pale - almost as white as their collar. They also had a monocle covering their left eye and white hair with black roots.

"Oui?" They replied.

"Um... The, uh, Count of Dimension D sent me here." Albert held up his small box. "He said that a pastor would be able to help with my problem..?"

"Ahhhh... Oui! That is I! I am the pastor here for the moment," the pastor replied in a heavy French accent.

Albert paused to try and decipher his accent in his mind, nodding in response when he understood what he said.

"Then, you can help me?" Albert asked in a hopeful voice.

"Oui, monsieur! Come, you must follow me," the priest stated.

The pastor motioned Albert to follow as he turned and walked into the chapel itself. Albert wandered in not very far behind him, glancing at the stained glass windows adorning the walls and allowing color to flow through. He never grew tired of the amazing sight of this church.

Albert looked through the pews until he noticed his friend Edalius in one of the rows crying and hunched over. The pastor made a shooing motion to Albert, signaling him to check on Edalius. Albert quickly went to his friend's side and placed a hand on his shoulder, a concerned look in his eyes.

"Edalius, what's wrong? What are you doing here?" Albert asked while gently nudging him.

"H-huh..?" Edalius paused and sat up straight, sniffling and wiping his face with the back of his hand as he turned to acknowledge Albert. "A-ah! Nothing, Albert! S-sorry, I just get rather emotional... Erm..... I'm here because, well..."

Edalius bit his trembling lip and pointed ahead. Albert followed his friend's gaze to Frank and Valentine standing at the front of the church, just in front of the pews. The priest was walking towards the pair, humming under his breath until he stopped in front of them.
