Chapter 24

Manik's pov

I woke up feeling the sun on my face, sit I forgot to close the curtains last nigh. I quickly open my eyes to see nandini cuddled up to my arm with her face dug in my shoulder. I turned towards her and she moved closer "manik stop moving yar" she mumbled making me chuckle

"Sorry" i grabbed my phone and it was really early like 6 in the morning so I just laid there on my phone as nandini fell back a sleep on my arm.

I was going on instagram when I remembered that she took pictures on snapchat so I went there and found a whole bunch of her making random faces, pictures of cabir and I hugging and a picture of me looking at nandini which was adorable so I made that my home screen wallpaper. I went on instagram and saw notifications of some poeple liking my comment but as far as I remember I didnt even comment anything.

I went on the picture and saw it was nandini's picture and there was a comment from my account saying "aww you are so beautiful nandini" this made me laugh at her small little antics. She is insecure but its not her fault, its her past and hopefully I can make her feel secure.

"Baby girl wake up" I whispered in her ears and she wrapped her arms around me "shhh dont say it like that, its distracting" she mumbled

"Im sure its distracting" I smirked "shut up asshole you are not letting me sleep, I'm fucking exhausted" "subha subha utlai words" I said and she nodded in my arm

"Nandini get up" I caressed her hair "fine ill get up but don't you dare stop me from sleeping in the office and I dont care who sees me and who doesn't" she said getting annoyed getting up rubbing her eyes. She looked so cute so I just to kiss her cheek making her rub her cheek

"Im angry with you really angry" she said and pecked my cheek getting off my bed leaving to her room making me smile. She says she is angry but she kissed my cheek ahh this girl. I got up getting ready and I didn't feel like wearing a suit so I put on black jeans, a t shirt and blazer.

"Nandini are you done" I yelled from my room and didnt hear anything which made me uncomfortable, I grab my wallet and keys running out of my room to see my baby in the kitchen cooking with headphones. she is wearing a beautiful black dress  that hugs her curves perfectly.

I walk up to her and as if she felt me there she leaned back on my chest "morning cowboy, im still angry just so you know" she said and I nodded "morning cutie, and yes I know i'll make it up to you. Why are you wearing this dress?" I asked and she moved away

"Because I wanted to" she said and I could tell it brought memories form the past "im asking because you look gorgeous and would you be comfortable in this dress the whole day" I asked caressing her hair  and she looked at me "sorry it just brought back memories" she said

"I understand, and you dont have to apologize, what are you cooking good looking" I leaned on the counter and saw oatmeal, but she hates oatmeal

"I thought you hated oatmeal" I asked "oh yes sir I do, I hate it but since you like it I made it for you becasue im having left overs pizza" saying pizza she had a beautiful smile on her face

"You are adorable" I said grabbing the oatmeal she made for me and her phone rang in my pocket, yet I have had her phone the whole time

"Manik mara phone" she said putting her hand infant of me with pizza in her mouth so I gave her the phone

"Hi" she said and then her face dropped, "no its fine ill be there" she cut the call looking at me with sad eyes

"What's wrong", "I have to rush, some clients are waiting for me to show the designs , it was supposed to be later but they preponed" she said getting up grabbing a denim jacket

"Ill come with, ill eat this in my cabin", ' no its okay manik" she said and I just grabbed my stuff along with the oatmeal. We rushed and she ran to the presenting hall upstair while I made my way to my cabin.

Nandini's pov

I hate this, why do clients have to prepone things, my plan was to nap in manik's cabin ya I am kinda falling for this idiot and I wouldn't want it any other way. I finish showing the clients their designs and put in the changes and stuff.

"Thank you mrs Kapoor" I said getting up shaking hands with her "thank you for meeting before the decided time, I appreciate it" she said and I smiled as she leaves.

I got up grabbed myself an iced coffee and walked to manik's cabin. And as usual I walked in without knocking. I saw him on his laptop thankfully no clients so no disturbance

"Hey cowboy", "hi baby" he said looking up from his laptop, "how was your meeting" he asked aww he caress

"It was fine, she wants to change a whole bunch of her dress, did you have a meeting" I asked and he shook his head

I walked to his chair and gave him the glass of coffee and he looked up at me "have it, its good" I said and he took a sip giving it back as I carry the coffee to the couch when bhai walked In

"Morning janeman" he said walking towards manik his eyes on the file, probably didnt notice me here

"Morning cabu, whats up", manik said and. Am I seriously invisible "dude am I invisible" I said and bhai looked towards me "ohh tu bhi hai morning doll, what are you doing in his cabin" he asked

"Didnt he tell you" I said and he shook his head "tell me what" he asked

"Im pregnant with his child so he said I could be in here cause its our cabin now Haina manikkkkkk" I said with an emphasize on his name

"You did not get my sister pregnant in 5 fucking days, seriously manikkkk" bhai threw his file on manik and poor thing just bursted out laughing making bhai angrier

"Don't you fucking laugh at me like that" he yelled and manik couldn't stop laughing so I got up to save him from bhai before he kills my future boyfriend and husband ya ya laugh at me and tease me but I like him
