My phone rang gaining asshole and my attention, before I could jump down he stopped me "ill grab it stay" he said grabbing my phone and bringing it to me

It was an unknown number I didnt wanna pick it up but seeing asshole's eyes on me I picked it up

"Helloo" I said and again that silence, I was about to cut the call when

"Hi sweetheart, missed me" he said and I dropped my phone, I didnt know what to do I I need cabir fuck why did he have to be on a fight shittttt shitt what if he comes here no no

I couldn't help anything my body I just couldn't

"Nandini are you okay" he asked grabbing my phone but I just couldn't say anything

"Nandini you are sweating" he said coming closer, as soon as he realized I was panicking he turned the burner off

Manik's pov

What's happening man she is sweating, who was that on the phone fuck manik stop thinking about the phone shit what is going on.

"Nandini are you okay" I ask again but she didnt say a single word, fuck cabir why do you have to be on a flight right now

I turned the burner off and got closer to her. I hesitantly put my hand on her arms, she almost leans onto my touch

"Nandini its okay, its fine calm down" I tried calming her down but she was panicking even more.

"Fuckkk man" I mumbled, shitt fuck what is going on, wait was that sahil shittt

"Nandini dolly look at me, its gonna be fine" I dont know why I called her that

"No no no he will take me with him no I I cant no, please save me please no" she is scared, ahh I hate seeing her like this

"No he will not, im right here no one will take you" I tried comforting her

"No he will I know he will, I cant do this no no bhai" she was literally begging

"Dolly its okay nothing will happen, im right here you trust me right" I asked even though I knew that she would say no

" I  I trust you manik" she whispered and hearing my name from her mouth felt like heaven but I cant let that take over me right now I have to focus

"See you trust me na doll, then dont get worried its okay im right here I would never let anything bad happen to you" I confessed and she looked up in my eyes.

"You, you won't let him take me na" her eyes showed fear

"Never, you are safe with my doll, ill protect you always" I said and she leaned to my chest putting her head on my shoulder putting her arms around the hem of my t shirt.

"Doll you are okay, breath baby, deep breath in, let it go" she did as I told her as I caressed her hair.

"Im okay" she whispered in my chest but I knew she wasn't

"I know you arent, lets get some food in your tummy and then we can talk about it if you wish to okay doll" I said and she nodded in my chest.

A few minutes later I pecked her head which even shocked me becasue I have never in my life kissed a girl's head but here we are, a girl I met about 24 hours ago has me holding her kissing her head caressing her hair. She is special.

i pulled back a little and tucked her hair behind her ear smiling. "Lets have maggie oh and by the way miss you owe me a beautiful dinner becasue I cooked today so you are cooking tom sound good doll" I asked and she pushed her hair back and nodded.

I grabbed a bowl and put Maggie in it, I grabbed two forks and then her arm helping her jump off the counter. We walked to the living room and sat down, my hand still holding her arm.

I sat facing her smiling and put the bowl in the middle of us, she was looking at the Maggie but didnt say anything

"What, should I feed you too, cause I dont want you to hit me with a pan or pot or a wooden spoon for flirting with you or whatever" I said and she smiled fuckkk finally man, she is so cute

"Dont get used to me being nice, you are still an asshole" she said and I chuckled

"Ya ya I am an asshole but you know what Nandini" I asked giving her the fork with Maggie as she took the fork putting the Maggie in her mouth and raising an eye brow at me asking what

"Only you can call me an asshole" I liked at her making her smile which made me smile
