Chapter Fourteen (Edited)
General P.O.V (Andrew)
"That is my father".
Andrew froze when he saw the man. He looked so powerful; he wondered how this red-haired version of him even beat him. Oh... He saw his father as a blood bank. Andrew snorted at that and the prince turned to look at him. Andrew was still wondering what he was doing here. 'What I am meant to see? There is no way I would be here without a reason. It can't be only to found out the prince can actually see me'.
Andrew thought it wise to stick to the prince; he didn't know who else could see him. He saw the prince force a smile unto his face and shaking the hand of someone who looked like a general. He could see the flash of contained hatred flash through the prince's eyes.
A lot more people came to the prince to greet him and Andrew was getting tired from standing for long, and his face was contorted in very visible irritation. Well... visible to only his former self.
"Quit frowning. It's marring your beautiful face".
"Seriously? Is that flirting cause...? Ewww. We are literally the same person".
"Oh my god... that's just disgusting".
"I know".
"I was talking about that –", the prince said as he pointed to the werewolf princess's dress, "- and I am literally you in the future... well... in my future... which is your past... well... you get it... your indirectly marring my gorgeous face".
"Well, if that's one thing we have in common and I am with you. I may not be from your time but that is just... wow... really terrible. Am not even going to sugarcoat it. It's terrible".
And what are these two handsome men- well, they are really the same person but hey, you get it right? What are we on abut again? Yes. The werewolf princess's dress.
"She's dressed to kill. Literally".
"I mean how can anyone wear that to a festival for thanking the gods?"
"This is why I like men".
"No way, you like men too?"
"We are the same person".
"Oh... yeah... that's true..."
Andrew saw the red-haired version of himself who also happens to be a prince, make eye contact with a few people. They seemed to be talking with their eyes. 'They must be Leaders of the werewolves and witzards'. Andrew laughed out loud on his combination of the two supernaturals. He saw as the prince turned towards him, face with a mild scowl.
"Oh my prince, you're marring my handsome, former face".
"We look alike".
"I know that".
"Follow me; it's time for us to start the ceremony".
Andrew followed the prince, cause, where else would he go? He followed him to a long table which was filled with every assortment of food that Andrew has never heard about and the aroma was fulfilling. He caught himself before drooling and disgracing himself in front of his former self. He also saw jars and jars of wine. He wondered how they would finish it before remembering that they were supernaturals and it takes a lot for them to get drunk.
He saw the leaders eating and drinking. And drinking. And drinking. The only ones sober by the time the jars of wine were remaining only but a few were the prince and the ones Andrew had already identified as the leaders of the werewolves and witzards. He laughed again at his inside joke, almost choking on the piece of chicken wings in his mouth. He couldn't resist and it was absolutely delicious.
