Fleeing from the three strangers once again, Theodore ran fervently through the streets of London, hoping Lila braved entering the TARDIS and using it to find him, because if there's anything that these people can't do's break into the TARDIS.
Feeling like a cast member on the "Running Man," Theodore fled without looking back, until he's forced to stop yet again, hoping that he's heard the familiar sound of the motors in the TARDIS.
Seeing that blue menace in front of him put pep in his step as he rushed towards it, not even giving Lila enough time to open the door as he rushed inside, imploring her to close the door.
"What the hell's going on?" Lila asked Theodore what's happened and he explained that he's sure that the people chasing him weren't human.
They kept up with him, see the tears, and agile enough that he can't even stop to take a deep breath without one of them coming after him.
More than that, they want to eat him!
"What're they, then?" Lila inquired.
Her knowledge of aliens isn't that great, she only delved into the knowledge recently, and seven adventures isn't a whole lot to go from since she and Theodore were pushed into the TARDIS.
Theodore shook his head as he replied that he didn't know, not that he asked, but all he knew now's that he wants to send the buggers astray.
Lila tempered him by saying, "I'm not saying adventuring with you's changed my outlook, but shouldn't you find out more about them?"
Looking at her like she's the crazy one, Theodore pointed at himself as he reminded her, they wanted to eat him!
"Yeah, Theo, I know that, but why?" Lila asked him.
The fact they singled him out's interesting to her, in broad daylight, no less, and the fact the way Theodore told her, sounded like they're careful about others seeing them.
"Does it matter?" Theodore gawked at Lila's attempt to understand the people trying to eat him.
Lila crossed her velvet arms as she replied, "Yeah it does. Remember breakfast when you cut yourself on the knife and you went to clean the blood off, they were there looking at our table. I thought they're just shocked at the sight of your appetite. Theo, I think they tracked you by your blood."
Lila recalled Theodore left the bloodied napkin on the table, neatly wrapped so the waitress didn't touch his blood.
As for them seeing the tears, it did sound strange, considering she didn't think anyone else's able to see it, too.
Theodore told her small children and animals can sense them, but that's it, generally they can't see it.
Some aliens can see them clearly, but them interacting's a different story, sometimes they can accidentally pass through them without realizing, manipulating where they go, they can't.
Even Daleks can't do it if they tried, they're not capable of that feat, but they can find where a tear leads, but that's about it.
Groaning, Theodore gestured as he emphasized, "Lee, I need help, they're trying to eat me. You're my companion!"
Lila emphasized, "I know, that. Don't you think you should figure out what they are before you decide to send them packing first? You don't know how many of them exist here and as I recall from our incident with the... whatcha call 'em... Ju-dumbs, they may not exactly forget what you do to their people. Remember?"
Bringing up an incident from one of their seven adventures, they encountered an alien race that chased after them after Theodore accidentally killed one of their generals.
