Cyrus remained firm about Lila's inability to join his team, the risk too high for her, and he did not want the risk of her captured, especially by Omega.

"I can fight," Lila snorted as she asserts that she's capable of defending herself against the likes of Omega, whatever, and Theodore vouched for her, saying that he's seen her handy work many times.

Can't tell Cyrus that Lila made work of Cybermen and Daleks, but he left it as that, she didn't go down easily, and she tends to leave visible marks when she did.

"I'm not risking it, it's already too dangerous for our like, it'll be worse if you come with us. You're staying," Cyrus affirmed his disproval for Lila's attempt. He won't risk his team nor risk adding to the already suffering populace. Lila's remaining back at the camp working with Dimitri as his nurse, effective immediately, there's no room for arguments.

Years of surviving taught Cyrus many things and one of those things that haunt him more than what's in the darkness.

Despite their plight in a dying world, there's still people who have no qualms doing what they please, sickeningly as it sounds, though Cyrus and others like him wish it were different.

"Since we've just come back from our latest scavenging attempt, we're not going on another one for now, collect your gear from Rasputin. Make sure you don't lose your gas mask or Geiger counter. He'll want to make sure you can shoot. Knives are good for somethings, but never discount even a small pistol. All weapons have their uses, big and small, and you need to know what you can and can't carry," Cyrus gave his order to Theodore as he leaves them to stare at each other with various looks on their faces.

Lila's agitated that Josef and Cyrus won't let her come along on scavenging parties, but Theodore tells her it's safer for her here then out there, because they're right. Women like her and young children, they're easy pickings for Omega and others alike.

"So, what, you expect me to kick around here, telling patients to cough, while you're scavenging?" Lila balks as she crossed her arms as she sat across from Theodore as he pondered to himself.

It seems that it's the case, much as Lila disliked it, and Theodore warned her not to try anything. She can't just do what she wants just because she disagrees, not now.

"You sound like dad," Lila bitterly exhales as she lightly leaned against the wall of their flat.

Standing up, Theodore helped her up, and they departed from their flat, as they went down the steps to the bottom floor, where they exchanged words shortly before splitting off into their respected duties.

"Stay out of trouble," Theodore tells Lila as she stretched her arms, popping her back, and she sighs as she responded that she won't cause any unless trouble starts something with her.

"Don't shoot your eye out," Lila warns Theodore about his test with Rasputin and he nods, telling her that he won't, and she asks if he even knows how to shoot a gun.

Snorting, Theodore replied that he knows how to shoot guns, his mum taught him, of course, it's saved her plenty of times when she traveled with his father. When she left that life, she made sure her children knew how to defend themselves, knives, guns, hand-to-hand, you name it, she taught them.

"What kind of adventures did she have that required Krav Maga?" Lila curiously asked Theodore and he shrugs as he answered her that he lost track of all the adventures they went on, only that there's a reason she taught them everything she knew.

Nodding, Lila sighs as she poked him, reminding him, "Just don't shoot your eye out, I really don't want to be the bearer of bad news."

Oh yes, let's go home and tell Hammond that Theodore lost one of his eyes to a freak accident shooting a shoddy gun during an adventure in the post-apocalyptic world!
