We may have many differences but there isn't a single time I wished bad for him I always want him to do best in what he does. I saw the passion and hunger in his eyes the same which I saw two years ago when he debuted for India in England unfortunately I wasn't able to go there but I didn't left my sofa till the time he got out the happiness he had when he got his cap and nervousness of playing his first match for Indian Cricket Team.

It is his debut day usko toh boldiya chinta mat kar focus se kehlna lekin yaha meri band baji padi hai hey Bhagwan ji please uska debut acche se karwa do bohut mehnat ki hai usne yaha aane ke liye

Third person POV

India has won the toss and choose to bat first, debutant Shubman Gill and Rohit Sharma will open the inning, all eyes will be on this youngster.
And that's the four on the first ball of his debut inning, what a defence. Commentators kept praising Shubman while Saira didn't even moved inch and recorded every shot he played tho she knew they will be in highlight video and now 4 runs were needed to complete is half century Joe Root spun the ball and Shubman hit it for the six and that's the half century for Shubman Gill said commentator, Saira jumped off her couch, it was 21st over Shubman was on 76 runs when Jimmy Anderson came to ball and he got bowled but that was fantastic inning. Shubman was Man of the match he scored two consecutive half century and took 1 crucial catch of Joe Root.

On call

Saira: So proud of you shubiiiiii tumne toh un angrezi yo ke totte hi uda diye

Saira's POV

I was lost in my thoughts when I feel someone was shaking me It was Adi "Kya hua kaha ghum thi aur hass kyu rahi thi?" I was smiling? Of course I was "Kuch nahi bas aise hi" I said and saw the scoreboard Dev was on 35 and Shub was on 45, and the bowler bowled the ball and Shub hit it which went high on sky and I crossed my finger and closed my eyes when I heard crowd cheering and I opened my eyes and saw him raising his bat and kissing the flag on his helmet, and he saw towards me and I smiled widely making him smirk little bit that's when Dev came and hugged him and said something in his ears which made both of them laugh #bestfriendsthings and soon the he reached 88 runs when he got run out disappoint was seen on his face as he was this close to making his century on his debut that too in t20 I just wanted to go there and hug him and say it is alright he played really well that's when Abhay came to bat only 2 overs were left, I saw Sara going when all the things replayed in my mind and those feelings I was having just vanished, I saw Abhay and did thumbs up first ball it was dot ball but then he smashed 3 fours and then took 1 run he scored 20 runs in 7 balls it was 189-7 and our bowlers defended it well and we won the match Abhay took two wickets, Shub got M.O.M and made record of getting M.O.M in all the three formats on his debut soon all were gathered in the dressing room as we won the series it was decided that tomorrow there will be party and everyone has to come with their partners. I came to my room excusing everyone as the team was having celebration and I felt awkward to be there as I had no relation left with them thankfully no one noticed me coming up, I got freshen up when I got message from Dev "There was no need to go, you could have joined the celebration" he messaged "By which right I should have stayed there Dev?" I replied "First of all it wasn't your mistake in whatever happened and secondly you are my sister by that right you could have stayed" he replied which made me emotional he is the only one who believed me from the day 1, Adi took Shub's side she isn't wrong but I replied Dev with Sorry and Thank You to which he sent me "😒" and I sent him "🐣" I went to balcony to get some fresh air when my mobile pinged and it was message from Abhay I opened it
