"Whats wrong?" Jeremy asked me once he barged into my room.
I rolled my eyes at him, "Wow, what happened to knocking before entering? Can't I even get a little bit of privacy?"
He narrowed his eyes at me, "Don't try to change the subject! You need to tell me what the hell happened to you while you were gone."
"No, actually I don't." I laid back onto my bed, "But you seriously need to have a shower. You smell horrible."
He let out a frustrated breath of air and ran his hands through his hair, "I don't get how you are acting like nothing is wrong? Everything is wrong with you right now your just to afraid to show it!"
"STOP!" I screamed and stood up. He has no right to judge me. I don't care if we are like twins or not. He cannot just walk around assuming stuff. So what if I may never be the same again? I've learned from my mistakes and he should know that! "I did something wrong and I learned from it. You should just back off and get out of my room."
"No," He said simply.
"What?"
"I'm not leaving you alone until I get an explanation." He crossed his arms over his chest.
He had just stepped on my last nerve. I launched myself towards Jeremy. He didn't expect me to and was actually quite surprised when I did. We went tumbling across my room and slammed right into the wall beside my door. Well there goes one wall.
I punched him across the face as I sat on top of him. "Raven!" He yelled, "I don't want to do this!"
"Bring it on ass hole! I've been through enough hell as it is already!" I yelled and punched him again across his face.
For a moment everything was quiet until I punched him in the face again. He threw me across the room and I went straight out the window. Glass shattered everywhere around me and I felt some of it force its way into my back. It was a long fall until I slammed into the ground. My head hurt, my back stung and was bleeding, but I didn't care. Jeremy was going to pay.
I stood up with my jaw clenched and looked up at where I had fell from. Jeremy was standing there with a frown on his face. The rest of our familys had come out onto the porch to see what was going on. I slowly pulled my wings out from my injured back. It hurt so much there was actual tears coming from my eyes. I didn't even think that was possible for me.
With one swift and fast movement I was up back at my broken window and punching Jeremy in the face again. I kicked him in the stomach and he launched himself at me. I let us fall back and turned us around so he would be the one slamming into the ground this time. A few feet from the ground I pushed him away from me and I kept flying as he hit the ground.
He looked up and me and shook his head as to focus on me. "I really don't want to do this Raven."
I narrowed my eyes at him, "Well then stay OUT of my business."
"Raven, I just want to help you..."
"NO! Jeremy! I don't need your help! Why can't you just give me my privacy for once!" I screamed as loud as I can.
"Raven..." My mother started to speak for the first time. My head snapped to her and the crowd that had gathered around us.
"NO!" I screamed again, "I can't deal with this!" I put my head in my hands and started to sob. I was actually crying. No one moved to come and comfort me or pull me back to the ground. I think they were actually afraid of what I might do.
After a few minutes I looked back up at my parents with red eyes, "You shouldn't even think about teaming with werewolves. They can't be trusted."
Everyone made confused faces except for my mother who froze and had no facial expression whatsoever. She looked like she secretly knew what I was talking about. No one else did. Leave it to mom.
In an instant I was no longer surrounded by my family and all the others, I was on the beach hidden on a side of the island that only I knew was here. I landed and slowly put my wings away before slowly pulling out the pieces of glass that I could remove. The rest would have to wait until I decided to return home and face everyone once again.
