Jeremy smiled at me from the other side of the back yard, I smiled back. We were both too happy not to be smiling. We had both gotten our gifts a day earlier than our birthday. That's a very rare thing to happen and not many Legion's have got their gifts early. Even just one day is amazing because sometimes you have to wait months till you can figure out what your gift is. It's like a once in a life time opportunity.

"Raven, are you listening to me?" My father asked with an annoyed tone.

I smiled sheeplishly at him, "Sorry."

He let out a frustrated sigh, "Well if you want to control your gifts you will listnen to me." Then he continued on with his rant again that I just won't bore you with because it just goes on, and on, and on. Never ending. "Got it?" He asked once he was done. I nodded my head and counted to three before apearing beside my dad.

As soon as he smiled at me I apeared beside Jeremy. Jeremy nodded showing me that he knew I was there so I appeared beside my mother, who was in the kitchen making supper. She waved at me before I disapeared again. But not fast enough. I smelt the good food she was making. Chinese food. How much I would love Chinese food right now.

Jeremy's POV

We waited a few seconds after she disapeared from the kitchen. She was supposed to come back and apear back where she started. She hasn't apeared there yet. Where could she be? Is she playing some sick joke on us? "Where is she?" I asked her dad.

He shrugged, "I haven't got a clue."

We waited another few seconds before he younger brother Matt came running out of the house, "DAD!" He was screaming and looked frightened. "DAD!" He ran all the way to him and stopped for a second to catch his breath, "Raven... she's not here." He stated.

"Yea, we already know that." I walked over to him, "Do you know where she went."

He nodded his head, "She was thinking about Chinese food before she left."

"Damn it!" Her dad put his two pointer fingers on his temples are started to rub them. This is so not good.

Raven's POV

I think I'm in China. I'm just not to sure. I am surrounded by Chinese people and all I can smell is Chinese food. Damn it. Concentrate on getting home. I closed my eyes and tried to teleport myself there but then my stomach growled. Damn, I'm too hungry to teleport back. But how am I going to eat in a different country with no money.

I'm so screwed.

Just a filler chapter with a little surpise. Tell me what you think. :D
