MEADOW'S POV

I could hear everything what that was going on. I wanted to tell them I'm alright and stop worrying. But how hard I tried, I would become tired and give up.

One day was different though. I had a reason to.

CONNOR'S POV

Meadow has been in hospital for over 4 weeks. Every second I was by her side, I haven't left the hospital once. The guys have been so good to me, someone comes to keep me company everyday, the person who came the most was Sam. Every day they brought me food and clothes, I was so greatful for everything.

On the Monday of the 5th week, it was just another average day. I was sitting on the uncomfortable hospital chair. When a nurse entered Meadow's room. She walked over to the bed and looked at some papers. Then a sadness filled her eyes.

"Connor Franta?" She asked,

"Yeah..." I replied.

There was a slight pause before she started talking again.

"Meadow hasn't got any better, I fact worse..." I felt my heart split in two. "so tomorrow we'll be forced to turn off the machine, which is keeping her alive."

Right there and then my whole world was destroyed, my body tensed at the mental pain in my head. Even though I've only had Meadow with me for 5 weeks, I have grown to love her, I love her more then anything or anyone in the world. Tears streamed down my face, I gave Meadow a kiss on her forehead. I let my tears drop onto her still face.

I was going to lose my baby girl.

MEADOW'S POV

"Meadow hasn't got any better, I fact worse..." What? I know I'm getting better, I can feel it. Then the nurse carried on
"so tomorrow we'll be forced to turn off the machine which is keeping her alive."

WHAT! This can't be happening. I can't do this to Connor, Sam or the rest of o2l. When the words were said I felt Connor's body tense, he grabbed my hand and squeezed it tight. I felt a light kiss on my forehead and the light pat of tears falling on my face.

With all my might I tried to hold hands back, it felt like my hand was frozen but the ice was broken when my hand twitched.

I DID IT.

I tried it again and again, it worked every time. Soon I was holding hands with Connor. I had enough will power to finally open my eyes.

---------------------------------------------

CONNOR'S POV

"I FELT HER HAND MOVE!" I screamed at the nurse in the room. She gave me a sympathetic look.

"I'm sorry but that's impossible, her body isn't in the right condition to do any movement." My body sank down into the chair, maybe she was right. It was just my imagination.

Then I lost all hope, but it all flooded back when her hand twitched again.

"IT MOVED AGAIN, IT FELT IT... Please believe me..." I looked at the nurse with my pleading eyes, the nurse just shook her head. "It moved again!" I had all hope back, when Meadow's hand held mine.

I whispered in Meadow's ear,
"You can do it baby girl, do it for me and the boys." I was looking at the closed eyes waiting for them to open. A smile spread across my face when they flickered open.

I had my baby girl back.
