Val stares at the tablewares. He takes them all.

Round tables. Taken. Chairs. Take them too.

Everything in Canteen area is free for taken.

The zombies here have been cleaned up. Eddie has created an earth wall to prevent further access.

If you look from above, the hospital is like a huge maze. Some places are surrounded by walls. Zombies won't be smart enough to pass through such place.

Jessie and Eddie go to kitchen to check food storage.

Ross kneels down to take a zombie core. The nucleus in brain shines like a raw unprocessed diamond.

Veronica asks, "What is it?"

"This is our power bank. It could also be used to upgrade our ability."

Veronica asks, "Could you give me some?"

"Sure. Just take them. Half of these dead zombies are your kills."

Veronica kneels down and begins to dig into the brain matters. She uses a fork she found earlier.

Ross warns, "Don't let the virus infected you. Better wash the cores with soap water or disinfectant before using."

"Thank you."

Veronica uses an empty water bottle found on a table to storage the cores.

The table vanishes after she took the bottle. The dirty plates and rotten foods crash to the floor.

She shakes her head.

Val has emptied the whole kitchen area. This guy has enormous space.

Ross warns, "Val, don't over do it. We still need space for foods and drugs."

"Okay."

Val doesn't tell him that his space is a quarter full right now. A lot of space left for anything they found later.

Eddie chuckles when he gets back. The whole canteen is free from tables and chairs.

Val did it again. He just took a lot of beds from dorm earlier. This guy knows nothing about modesty.

Eddie comments, "The fridge is still working. We got many foods in them. Some of them are near expired dates. Veggies have wilted. I think they are still edible."

In this era, people are afraid of hunger. They don't care about expired dates anymore.

Val follows Eddie to kitchen.

Jessie points to the huge fridge in a corner.

She orders, "Val, take all these foods."

"Okay."

Val holds the fridge but he doesn't open it. He simply unplugs it. The next minute, the whole fridge is gone.

Jessie shakes her head. Well, never mind. Their base could use another fridge.

Val sweeps clean all the kitchen utensils and other things they found.
