Ross glances at their base. For prison safety, this place only has one Front Gate for entry. The steel door is heavy and sturdy.
They don't want to ruin it. It will be hard to fix it later. After all, Darth has died. There is no other artisan in their team.
"Val, where are you?" asks him.
"I'm here."
A mutant beast has just landed in front of Ross.
The slender teen boy jumps down from a huge sparrow. He has been patrolling around the city. Never found them.
He got a hunch that Ross wouldn't abandon their base. He has been waiting for their return.
Ross can't believe Val show up just like this. He has feared this Omega has perished. He grabs Val and gives him a good bear hug. Almost suffocated the poor one.
It takes him quite a while before he releases Val. As if fearing it's all a good dream.
Jessie stares the sparrow. The mutant bird almost pecks her when she got closer.
Val holds down Joan.
He warns, "She doesn't like humans too much. Don't get closer."
Jessie rolls her eyes. As if wondering aren't you one of us too.
Ross asks, "How shall we deal with Reed?"
Eddie suggests, "I could make a tunnel into the base."
"Hmm..."
Ross is still thinking when Val makes another suggestion.
"I could fly over with Joan."
Jessie asks, "Why don't we use both plans? Val could fly in and opens the gate for Ross. Eddie and I will use a tunnel to sneak in."
Ross nods his head.
He adds, "We could get them off guard. A brilliant plan. Let's do it."
Reed is watching them through a monitor. He smirks. Val has returned. He needs to deal with others before he could claim this cute Omega.
He won't let him escape again.
Eddie uses his power and creates a tunnel from basement of a nearby house. They have secured the door. To prevent zombies getting in from their end of tunnel.
Jessie is with him. Eddie got strong defense power. Lack of offensive one. That's why he is grateful for her presence with him.
A person opens the front door of the house. He sneers before he makes some noises to attract zombies.
Eddie and Jessie finally reach the base's backyard. Not knowing Reed has prepared a sweet gift for them.
They barely come out from the tunnel when a group of zombies rush toward them.
"Damn! Did this base get breach?" curses Eddie.
He hacks a zombie with his shovel.
Earth power and this tool is true love. No one could defeat earth ability user in digging.
