Walking through the halls of the RedKeep, her guards already knew to not ask questions , definitely not when her clothes were covered in green, her face carrying splatters of her latest adventure.
She missed dinner but when she neared her bedchambers she could hear the voices of her wife along with her kids. She pushed the door open quietly and leaned against the doorway, they hadn't noticed her yet, much to enthralled in their mothers story.
"She appeared in a beam of light, of course I was completely taken aback by her appearance. I thought it was the work of magic or perhaps those vile warlocks I had trouble with in Qarth"
Draco beamed "But it wasn't was it! It was mama." Alexandra covered her mouth to cover her snickers, her sons excited face was a joy to see, even though she was sure he heard the story multiple times.
"Yes it was, at the time I didn't like your mama much, she was overconfident, cocky and annoying" Said Daenerys with a small smile.
Aurora giggled "But you fell inlove with mama.. didn't you?"
Dany sighed lovingly and kissed her prince and princess's head softly "Indeed, I did. She was very hard to resist, she made me feel things I never believed I would feel.." she said softly remembering their brief courtship, the messy romance and the eventual parting. "But our time together was cut short.." she said softly "Your mama was new to this world and wanted to travel the lands, explore and make a name for herself. She believed that if she didn't have any achievements she wasn't worthy to stand by my side."
"What happened ?"
Dany licked her lips "We fought, we argued. I didn't want her to leave, but like I said your mama is very stubborn. She would not hear of it, eventually I agreed reluctantly.." she sighed
Alexandra stepped forward making her presence known "And it worked out the best for us didn't it love?"
Dany smiled but her daughter and son leaped from the bed running at their mama but Alexandra stopped them "No my lovelies I am covered head to toe in troll goo, I cannot mess up your lovely nightclothes your mother will have my head."
Draco scrunched his nose "What happened mama?"
Aurora took a sniff "You smell very bad mama."
Alexandra gasped dramatically "How dare you!" She mocked jokingly "I am your queen and you must respect me, you cannot say your queen stinks!"
Draco and Aurora giggled "But you do mama! You're a smelly queen."
Alexandra stared her son and daughter while her gorgeous wife giggled at her situation "Fine, then I won't enthrall you with my latest adventure" she huffed petulantly.
Aurora stopped laughing and walked over to her mama, her eyes blinking innocently "But ... but we love your adventures"
Alex groaned "You spend too much time with those manipulative Lannisters" she muttered "I won't have you spending time with Lilly anymore. You can't use those eyes Aurora — it makes it difficult to deny you anything"
Aurora giggled "But I'm your favorite daughter!"
Alex scoffed playfully "You're my only daughter darling" she sighed "How about you snuggle in with you mom, while I go clean myself and I'll tell you all about my latest adventure ?"
Draco beamed and dragged his sister back to the bed , Dany shot her wife an amused look "You make it so easy." She commented
Alexandra rolled her eye with a shrug "They make it hard not too darling wife"

"And then I said I'm not here for any trouble but one of them tossed a boulder at me.." she said gesturing wildly "I had no choice, the battle was fierce, I haven't had such a work out for a long time..but I was successful in the end. Twenty or so giant orange trolls fell to my blade and then I came home.."
