I woke up to my alarm blasting on my clock, i sighed turning it off before standing up. today I was planning to go to surf henceforth the alarm. I got myself ready and put my hair in two french braids before walking to my kitchen where Axel was making her usually cup of coffee looking at me
Ax- hitting the waves this earlier?
A- I need to make sure I hit the biggest ones, you know how it works
she chuckled drinking her coffee as I made myself a bagel right as Kai came out on the phone smiling like a idiot before hanging up the phone and jumping around
Ax- what was that call about? finally get the offer you wished for?
she looked at Axel with a slight glare making me chuckle before she spoke
K- I just got a call from a hockey coach in Minnesota! he wants Luis and Ash (that's her nickname) to come play for the ducks on team USA!
I looked at her with wide eyes as we all started cheering which woke up the cranky pants himself who walked in the kitchen groaning like a old man with back pains
L- why are you all so loud? it's only 6 am-
K- you two got a offer to join team USA in MN! it's that amazing!!
L- the hockey team USA?
Ax- yes you dummy!
his mouth dropped open as we all begun to cheer again doing our little happy dances at the same time before we all calmed down a bit
A- when do we go?
K- um he said if we accept you both will be on plane by 2pm today! so do you want to do it??
A- yes please!
L- sounds fun enough, gets me away from here-
Kai flicked his forehead making us laugh again before I left to surf for a while, I had to come back early to make sure I had all my things pack. man, when I say I was excited! Axel told us all about team USA as we packed while my sister helped us make sure we got everything we needed since we would be gone for a month, also while she promised to visit when she could.

L- this is gonna take forever
he was already putting in his head phones making me chuckle as I was seated in the aisle seat looking around to see a blonde hair girl with a high pony tail next to me also seated with a boy with a cowboy hat and bell bottom jeans, texas boy for sure. behind us was this short boy with short black hair an across him was another boy- man was his fine, he wore a leather jacket an black jeans with curly black hair, guess i was staring too long because he looked right at me and smirked making me chuckle slightly

A- maybe I do, what's your name?
D- Dean Portman, you?
A- Astred Mendoza but just call me Ash
D- or I could just call you mine
he winked making me laugh a little as he did as well, i got lost in those brown eyes I don't know something about them drew me in until the girl next to me tapped my shoulder making me look at me

dean kicked her seat making her glare at him as I just grinned, I have a feeling I might be great friends with them

J- sick! im a goalie all way around, don't worry about Portman. he's a flirt but you get used to it
I nodded again about to speak but the cowboy with the ears spoke up first
??- Im Dwayne Robertson from Austin Texas! im a offense men! whose the boy next to you?
A- that's my brother Luis, he's not very social but he will warm up to ya soon. he's a offense men too
dwayne nodded with his smile so I shared one back as the boy behind us spoke

we all looked shocked as he said those words
J- I did not see that one coming
we all shared a laugh getting to know each other more, i found myself staring at Dean every time he spoke. it was just something about those pretty brown eyes that just dragged me like a trance. those brown eyes, what's so special about those eyes?
