24; Was It Her?

I opened the door as I saw her staring at the window, gripping on the handbag she was holding. She is wearing a black silk dress while caressing her little baby bump, it's been six months since she confirmed to us that she was pregnant.

Yaxuan and I did our best to convince her to go back home to her family since we have already talk with her parents, she agreed after four hours of explaining, yes four hours. I didn't know how I lasted long convincing her while Yaxuan gave up in just two hours.

Maybe she also realized that Ji needs to be with her when she gives birth, she always wanted to tell Ji that their children was a twin, but we still do not know the gender, we've been accompanying her to have a weekly checkup for her babies.

She looked at me and slightly smiled, "I'm going home..."

I gave her a hug and caressed her back, "I will take you home, to your family..."

I chose to ride the ship, but she said, she can still ride the airplane so we did, the time we landed the mainland of China, I can see the sparks on her eyes, "I missed it here..."

I smiled and guided her, we didn't go to the Dasha, instead, she told me to bring her on their condo first and she will call Ji, I went to the Dasha after taking her to the condo. "What are you doing here, Tianze?"

"It was just two months ago..." He rolled his eyes. "And I saw you with her just a week ago, on the hospital, having her baby bump-"

I covered his mouth and pulled him outside the moment I saw Ji, "Will you shut up, Ji will hear you back there!"

"What now, he needs to know, that's her wife after all..." He said, "He was worrying about her since then she left, about their baby and about her also, he was depressed and having anxiety every night—"

"I know, I know..." I took a deep breathe, "That will end up here, because she is back, she is now here in China... thats why I am here too. But don't tell him, Zhubao has a plan..."

He just gave me a poker face, "I don't believe you, but I am hoping you are saying the truth. Ji needs her, and she needs him because they are one."

I sighed, "Don't believe me then, but I am telling you, she is here, and she is back, for her family and for all of you..."

He nodded, he tapped my shoulder and walked away, but he stopped and stared at me from his shoulders. "Behalf of me believes you, I can smell her scent out of your coat. The strawberry, peach and cherry blossom..."

I sound fully smiled after he said those words, he knows her perfume. Who wouldn't, eh?

I was eating on the restaurant with Yong, Zeyu and Hang when I drank the juice, and then suddenly someone afar caught my attention, she was tall and white. She was wearing a white silk dress and a very familiar coat.

I know to myself that the coat was mine, I immediately stood up and ran to that woman but suddenly she ran away, and I lost my sight on her.

"Zhang Ji, whats happening?" It was Zeyu.

"I saw her, Zeyu, with my both eyes, she had a baby bump, she was wearing my coat, the one I left in my condo..." I told him. "I cannot be mistaken, I know her."

Hang shook his head, "Have you drink your medicine, you're depressed, Ji. You are just hallucinating, she isn't here, she is not here..."

"Ji, just accept it. That she will never go back..." Zeyu said.

"Shut up, uncle. You both are hurting my dad!" Yong yelled from behind them and held my hand, "Describe what you saw, dad..."

"Tall, white, she had a baby bump, wearing my jacket, had straight long brown hair, wearing boots with heels, it was her style. I cannot be mistaken, I know her a lot. I know my wife so well that I think my hallucination was not fooling me right now..." I said while currently throwing tantrums secretly like a kid, stamping my foot on the ground like I was forcing something.

"Lets just go back..." Hang said, after eating, we went home, I closed the door of our room and lay down the bed, curled up like a cat, hugging my own self while crying.

I wiped my tears while it resumed falling, "Was it really her or I was just hallucinating... like they said, but I know myself that I cannot be mistaken about her. It was her..."

My eyes suddenly closed and I didn't noticed that I fell asleep,

I WOKE UP FROM A LOUD RING OF MY PHONE.

It was an unknown number but I took it, "Hello?"

"Love?" my mouth just said it without my consent, "Love, I know its you, I know your voice..."

She chuckled from the other line while I was crying in joy, I accompanied her laughing until she spoke. "Love, are you busy?"

"No, no I am not!" I immediately responded, despite of the tears falling from my eyes. I was able to smile wide after hearing her voice again for a long time. "Where are you, love, can I go?"

"At the condo, I'll be waiting..." she hung up, I immediately stood up and punched the air, I wasn't mistaken about it, it was her who I saw earlier, I changed into new clothes and ran downstairs.

"Oh, whats with the hurry?" It was Hang. "Where do you think you are going?"

"At my condo..." I smiled widely that made them all frown,

"Whats wrong with you, dad?" Yong asked.

"Its my happiest day..." I leave a kiss on his forehead. "I am leaving for a moment, and Yong, I have something for you once I got home..."

He nodded at me and smiled before I ran outside.
