Meghan's POV:
"The place looks great guys." I told them as I walked around the kitchen." And I'm glad to see you aren't eating takeout all the time." I told them as I looked inside the fridge.

"No Bridget cooks while she's here and Madi makes food for Calum." Ashton said." If you ever feel like making us food feel free."

"Yeah boy problem is you hate vegan food." I mumbled as I continued looking around.

"I really love this." I said as I walked up to a picture of all the boys handing up on the wall.

"We took that in Shanghai." Ashton responded." It was one of the better ones we got where we didn't look sweaty and gross."

"You can really see the start of Luke's changes since the breakup." I muttered to myself. In the picture you could see he was a bit bigger than the picture they took in LA at the start of the tour.

"Do you want to see upstairs?" Ashton asked." I won't show you the boys' rooms or anything but there's an office and a game room up there."

"Lead the way." I told him. We trotted upstairs and he showed me the office and game room as promised before we headed for the basement to see the sound booth they had installed.

"John thought it'd be easier for us to have one at home so we can be able to work on music while on break." Ashton explained." Any interest in hearing what's been done?"

"Not really, sorry." I said. I was afraid that it'd be another song like the one Madison sent me.

We went back upstairs to the kitchen for lunch and found Luke sitting at the kitchen table chowing down on a bag of chips.

"Hey." I said to him. He smiled at me before opening his mouth for another chip.

"Oh I forgot to ask," Ashton said as he opened the fridge and I took a seat on the counter." How are you and your boyfriend?"

"It's meh; not great, not bad, just meh." I answered.

"Can I assume by that answer that you decide to take me up on my offer to dump him and come back to me?" Luke asked as he got up to throw away the now empty bag.

"You know what's thats it!" I screamed." I still love you and that's all I can feel. I still miss you and that's all I can say. Connor and I dated a little longer than you and I did but there's no way he made me as happy as you did nor did he make me love him as much as I love you! For fucks sake of course it's always been you Luke! No matter how many times I shoot you down, I still love you! No matter how many times I convince myself to stay with Connor, I still love you! Is that what you wanted to hear?!" My heart was beating so fast I thought it would burst. My fists were clenched and turning white while sweated beaded down my forehead." I have to go, if you want to talk just meet after school tomorrow." I said as I turned to leave. Ashton said goodbye before I left the house. Connor was parked in the driveway texting while waiting for me to come out.

"Hey how was it?" Connor asked me as I got in. Immediately my eyes landed on a purple mark left on his neck covered poorly in concealer. When I shut the door it became clear to me that I didn't put that there and the car smelled like women's perfume that I didn't wear.

"It was fine."

Luke's POV:
"What the hell Luke?!" Ashton yelled after she left." Why do you keep doing this to yourself?"

I didn't answer, I just scrolled through her Instagram looking at pictures of them together and comparing them to ours in my head.

"Luke." Ashton snapped." You told her you wanted to be friends and you guys patched things up. This is the third time you've done this and I know eventually Meghan won't put up with it and drop you for good so tell me why you keep doing this to yourself."

"I really don't know what to say." I answered." I'm so jealous; I never wanted her to have another boyfriend."

"Did you just thing she'd wait around for you? When we came back from the tour or when we saw her in Australia that you'd confess your love and she'd take you back?"

"Yeah! I always knew she still loved me and I was right. It was worth a shot Ashton because no other girl has come close to meaning as much to me as your sister does." I replied." I love her, I really do and someday I want to marry her and no matter how much she hates me now or how many guys she dates instead of me, I'll spend as long as it takes to get her back."

"Well you aren't doing a very good job."
