Klaus - Fancying Klaus

Klaus is usaslly the one to make a date night really expensive but tonight is different. Putting my hair in a braid I keep eyeing the pregnancy test sitting on the bathroom counter top. I still don't understand how I am carrying the child of a thousand year old vampire. Vampires aren't allowed to have children, it's physically impossible. The door of the bedroom opened hearing Klaus leaning in the doorway eyeing me where I shove the pregnancy test in the pocket of my jeans hoping he doesn't notice it. "Hi Nik, so I was thinking I should get to plan the date tonight." Shifting my feet I nervously eyed him where a smile graced his lips.

He accepted the offer and luckily he had to go help Elijah with something dealing with the vampires in the Quarter. Shrugging on one of his tea shirts and some black leggings I headed for the bayou. The wind blows through my hair as I finish setting up a picnic on the ground with a tree clearing right in front of me. Arms wrapped around my waist where I feel his hit breath in my ear making me blush lightly. "Well this is a pleasant suprise to see my little human." Turning around his arms I drape my arms around his neck with his arms around my waist. My friends disagree with my relationship since they heard the rumors of the dangerous hybrid.

"So what exactly brought all this on, love. Not that I'm complaining you that you're wearing my clothes." He tilts his head slightly smirking when my cheeks turned a deeper red. Intertwining my right hand with his I pull him down to sit beside me on the blanket. Reaching into the pocket of my jacket I take a few deep breaths still holding his hand in my feeling my heart beating faster. "Y/n, is something wrong. I can hear your heart beat honey." Sucking in a deep breath I stare into his blue eyes slowly explaining to him. "Klaus we've been dating for awhile now and I have enjoyed every second of it. Because you have given my life such excitement that I never had with anybody else. But there's something I need to tell you and I understand if you don't want it - because you want everyone to fear you to protect your family and not see the soft side of you...but I'm pregnant."

Klaus parts his lips slightly stunned holding himself up by his elbow where the only sounds I could hear are the animals and the wind blowing. I turn my head looking down embarrassed until I felt his hands cup my face in his own pressing his lips onto mine. I instantly kissed back until he breaks it mumbling against my lips grinning bigger than I ever thought possible. "Of course I want this little joy of ours. Because it's the good parts of me and you. I love you." Throwing my arms around his neck I pushed him onto his back deepening the kiss where the sandwiches and strawberries were forgotten.
