Damon - Holiday Suprise

Request from supernaturalgirl30. Can i request a Damon short  were   there at a holiday party and y/n just found out from stefan that  damon broke up with elena and y/n asked  why they brok up he tells her that he fell  for y/n and realized  that she was the one for him.

I quickly found Stefan at the bar in the boarding house of the Salvatore Brothers. I'm not even really sure why I came here tonight. It just upsets me having to watch the vampire I am in love with be completely in love with someone else. That girl being Elena Gilbert. Caroline and I always both felt that we were everyone's second choice over her. Walking up to the bar I downed a shot of wine ignoring the slight burn it gave me. "Woah Y/n, go easy there or you'll be dropping before soon." Stefan said coming to stand by my side holding a beer in his hands. "I can't watch your brother waltz in here with first choice Elena Gilbert. It just makes me sick and I end up getting my night reined." Throwing my arms out from my sides he raised a brow replying back. "You don't know do you, Y/n?"

"I don't know what Stefan. What are they getting engaged or something. Because I can't handle anymore of Damon and Elena." Whipping my head around I was getting more frustrated and I haven't even seen Damon yet. Stefan sat our drinks down on the table pointing his index finger seeing his brother standing by the top of the stairs watching everyone dancing on the floor. "They broke up, Y/n. He realized that he was actually in love with you. Now go to him and see if I'm wrong." Slumping my shoulders I slowly started walking up towards him seeing him drinking a bourbon from a glass. "Hey little princess. Are you enjoying the party. Blondie insisted we have a Christmas party so I spiked the punch with some alcohol. You know keep it interesting."

Glaring up at him I crossed my arms over my chest stomping up to be inches from him. "Stefan told me that you broke up with Elena because you're in love with me. Did you actually do it or is it just a tease?" He almost spit out his drink sitting the glass on the wall vamping up to me where our noses brushes against mine. "It wasn't to tease you Y/n. My baby brother wasn't lying that I have feelings for you. If I'm being honest with you I am completely falling in love with you." I blinked not knowing what to say before he cupped my face in his hands pressing his lips onto mine. Slowly trailing my hands up to his shoulders I gripped the fabric of his jacket kissing him back until I needed air smiling back. "Mistletoe works pretty well I suppose." I chuckled feeling Damon kiss me on my forehead staring up at the tiny tree hanging.
