The first week of school goes by fairly quick. I am only taking a few classes this year. Including English with Lizzie. I have that class with her Monday's, Wednesday's, and Friday's. Most of my classes are on Tuesday's and Wednesday's. Friday's and Monday's , I only have one class.
"Is this seat taken?" Lizzie asks as I sit in class waiting for the lesson to start. "Oh it is." I say. She gives me an embarrassed look. "It taken by my girl Lizzie." I smirk at her. She huffs and rolls her eyes at me, playfully. "I can never take you seriously Y/N." she giggles as she sits down. "What do you mean?" I say offended. "I just never know with you." she says. "What can I say? I'm unpredictable!" I say with a smirk. She gives me a glare. "You know that can either be a good or a bad thing." She says raising her eyebrows. "Why not both?" I say as I slightly bite my lip. She looks down at my lips then quickly looks away.
"Why don't you like sitting closer to the front?" she asks changing the topic. "I get nervous." I say shyly. "Nervous?" she asks. "Yeah, I get intimidated." I say with a low voice. "Wow." she says surprised. "What?" I ask her. "It's just, you seem to be a confident person." she says firmly. I begin to giggle at her comment. "I really am not, but it makes me happy that you, out of all people, see's me that way." I begin to tell her. "Oh?" she says quirking an eyebrow. "And why is that?" she says with a smile. "You're the IT girl Lizzie. You know that right?" I say. She gives me a confused look, then a smile. "And i'm glad that you out of all people, see's me that way." she says.
Professor Green walks in before I can say anything else. "Good morning everyone, if everyone could pull out their laptops and go to the lesson plan." Professor Green begins to say.
Class goes by fairly quickly and Professor Green begins to dismiss us. "Have a great weekend everyone, do not forget to get your work done." she says to her class, and everyone begins to walk out.
"So who's coming tonight?" I ask Lizzie as we walk. "A couple of friends. Caleb will be there." she says. I begin to fidget at the thought of meeting new people, Lizzie notices. "Why is that problem?" she asks worried. "No of course not. It's just i'm not very good with new people, I don't like strangers." I say. "Oh no I completely understand." she says and I give her a smile. "What about me?". "What do you mean?" I ask confused. "I'm a stranger." she says. I give her an offended look. "It's different." I scoff. "How so?". "Something about you gives me comfort." I tell her sincerely. "Well the feeling is mutual." She says as looks up to me with a smile.
"I'll see you later. Y/N" she says as she walks away with a smile on her face. "Bye Lizzie." I say as she walks away. I then begin to head to home.
"Hi N!" I say as I walk into my our dorm. "Y/N hii" she says with a smile. "I made you a quick salad" Nicole says. "Thank you! Im starving." I tell Nicole. I head over to grab the salad and begin eating.
"Are you excited for tonight?" I ask Nicole as i'm eating. "What's tonight?" she asks and I give her a confused look. "The dinner party?" I tell her annoyed. "Oh ha I honestly forgot." she says laughing. "Dumbass." I say playfully rolling my eyes. "Hey!" she shouts and goes over to slap the back of my head. "Ouch!" I say playfully rubbing my head. "You're just mad I almost forgot your little crush's dinner party." she says teasingly. I raise my eyebrows in surprise. "Don't even start Nicole Williams." I say as I glare at her.
"You're not fooling anyone Y/N" she says with a smirk. "Dude fuck off. You and I both know Lizzie is the straightest there can be." I say seriously. "I just want to be her friend." I say truthfully. "Are you done?" she asks annoyed. "Im done, now get your ass up and start getting ready because you take forever. "Yes ma'am!" she mocks me. I slap her arm as she walks by. "Bitch." I think to myself. Nicole is they type to take an hour long shower and I don't blame her since i'm the same way.
