Persephone's pov

After Ari and haru explained how they ended up there Amaya seemed more understanding
"So you have to bring those orb things to Eye of Eden in order to save the elders?" Amaya said looking at Persephone's bag eagerly
"Yep" Persephone said slightly uncomfortable by the way Amaya was looking at her bag where the light orbs were "Would the elders reward you for saving them?" Amaya asked, her deep magenta eyes were now focused on Persephone
"I don't know, maybe, honestly I don't care of there's, I hate getting reminded that the fate of the realms are in our shoulders, I just want stuff to become normal again " Ari said with a hint of nostalgia in her eyes, Persephone nodded at her words
But Amaya was taken aback "but the rewards! You might get rich,live in a mansion or they might make you an elder yourself!"
Haru winced at what Amaya had said
"I'm not so sure at that,and it's impossible for an elder to turn a skykid into one"
Amaya looked annoyed but in a matter of seconds it was replaced with surprise and joy "wanna see my collection?" Amaya said beaming
"Let me guess, that's your collection" Persephone gestured to the left side of the room. Amaya smiled even wider
"Yes it is, I found all of these scattered around Valley of Triumph,you'd be surprised on how you could find random things in here"
Ari's stomach rumbled "Sorry if I'm rude but..do you have any food in here?"
"Of course!" Amaya said, she went to the right side of the tent were the maps were and opened a wooden chest that Persephone didn't notice was there before
"Let's see...aha, here" Amaya brought out a glass bottle of milk and something covered with paper. Amaya handed it out to Ari
"Thank you Amaya!" Ari said as she teared open the paper which revealed a piece of rye bread. Ari ate it with gusto
"Great, now I'm hungry" Persephone muttered
"Don't worry I have more food!"

Within a few minutes Persephone was halfway through finishing her bread with had lantern plum jam.

Ari's pov

"Did you make that bread? It tasted amazing" Ari said when she was done
"Aw shucks" Amaya replied to Ari's compliment
"Also Amaya where did you find lantern plums? I want to get some for the journey"haru asked
"Here have this,it's map I marked the spot where the plums are growing"
Amaya gave Haru a map that showed
A bush growing on a cliff near the Citadel
"Alright,Ari want to come with me?"
Haru said giving a glance at his sister
"You already know the answer" Ari said standing up and looked at the map Amaya gave Haru
"To the Citadel we go!"
