Colby's POV

I shut Marissa's door and couldn't help the smile that creeped onto my face as I walked upstairs. I was so happy that she was here in LA living with us. She truly made me feel like I never have before.

I walked into my room and shut my door. I walked into my bathroom and turned on the shower. I got undressed and stepped into the hot water. I sighed as my muscles relaxed in the hot water. I showered and got out. I dried my hair off with the towel before drying the rest of me off.

I wrapped the towel around my waist and walked over to my sink. I brushed out my hair then brushed my teeth. I walked out of my bathroom and walked into my closet. I threw my towel in the laundry basket then pulled on my red shatter XPLR joggers before walking back into my room.

I turned off my lights and got into bed. Marissa was right I was exhausted and probably should have let her drive at some point. But I wanted her to be awake and have energy for her party.

I was so happy I pulled of the surprise party and the puppy. The way her face lit up when she first saw Astra was something I will never forget. I started too feel my eyes get heavier and heavier and  I slowly drifted off to sleep. 

I few hours later I woke up to go to the bathroom. I walked into my bathroom did my business and washed my hands. As I walked over to my bed I heard the Security system say that the back door had opened.

I made my way over to my door and opened it stepping out onto my balcony. I shut the door softly behind me. I walked over to the railing and looked down. I smiled when I saw Marissa in the grass with Astra.

"We go potty outside not in mommy's bed okaaaay" she said as Astra ran around in the grass like a nut job. I laughed louder than I meant to. Marissa looked up at me. "Sorry did I wake you" She asked. "No" I said still laughing. "What's so funny" She said. "You are trying too talk to her and she is blatantly ignoring you" I said laughing.

"It's not funny she shit in my bed" She said which made me laugh even harder.  "Its disgusting" she said then turned around and watched Astra. 

I turned around and made my way inside and down the stairs. I walked out the back door and walked over to Marissa. When I got over there Astra ran over to me and jumped up and down at my feet. I laughed and scooped her up. "Were you naughty" I said. "Yes yes she was" Marissa said. "Did you poop in your mommy's bed" I said. Astra just looked at me then licked my chin. "You know your lucky your cute" I said putting her back down in the grass.

"That's what I say about you" Marissa said wrapping her arms around my neck. I pretended to be hurt. "Wow ok I see how it is you just like me for my hot and sexy face and not my personality I said as I wrapped my arms around her waist pulling her into me. She just smiled and shook her head. "Your a dork" She said. "True but I'm your dork" I said. She giggled "Yes you are" she said.

I leaned down and kissed her for a minute before Astra started chewing on my foot. "Excuse me" I said pulling away and bending down and picking her up. She just growled and chewed on my hand.

"Ok babe I think we need to return her she's defective" I said. "Aw just like daddy" She said. "Oh so I'm daddy now huh" I said with a smirk. "Oh shut up over there Mr. "If a girls gonna call me daddy she's gonna call me daddy" She said as I handed her Astra. "Damn your feisty" I said and smacked her ass as we started to walk inside. "COLBY" she said before turning back around trying to hide the smirk on her face.

"Hey I saw that" I said quietly as we got inside so we wouldn't wake Sam and Kat. "Saw what " She whispered back as I shut and locked the back door. "Oh you know what that smirk after I smacked your ass If I didn't know any better I'd think you liked it" I whispered. "I don't know what your talking about" She whispered back. "Sure you don't" I whispered.
