TW Panic attack

We got off the plane and made our way to the baggage claim. When we got to baggage claim I pulled my phone out to order a uber. "Oh baby I already ordered a uber" Colby said. I looked at him confused I never saw him with his phone out. Whatever. I grabbed my bags and so did the others.  We met Amanda out front and exchanged our hello's.

"Baby where is the uber its been 15 minutes" I said. He smiled and pointed behind me. I gasped as Quin pulled up in her MDX. She got out and I ran over and hugged her so tight. When she pulled away I smiled. "Hey Bitch" I said. "Hey bitch" She said.

"Kat Amanda this is my bestfriend Quin" I said. "Its so nice to meet you Marissa doesn't shut up about you" Kat said. Quin laughed. "When does she shut up in general" Quin said. We all laughed.

"Hi I'm Amanda" Amanda said. "Its nice to meet you" Quin said. "Alright lets get going" I said. We put our bags in the back and I pulled Astra out of her Carrier and put the carrier in the back. We all got in. Quin was driving I was in the passenger seat Colby behind Quin and Amanda behind me. Sam and kat were in the way back.

Quin pulled away from the airport. "Soooo you like the puppy" Quin asked. I looked at her confused. "What you didn't think Colby picked her out by himself do you" She said. "Did everyone know but me" I said looking back at Colby. "yeah pretty much" He said

My phone rang and I answered. "Hey grandma" I said. "Hey honey I'm just calling to let you know we had a change of plans. Your Grandpa and I are going 2 hours north to Pine river to see Grandpas brother and his wife. So you will have the house too yourselves and we have the dogs with us" Grandma said. "Ok thanks Grandma" I said. "Yep and NO MESSES" Grandma said. "I Know I love you" I said. "I love you too be safe bye" Grandma said and hung up.

"Everything ok" Colby said. "Yep my grandparents are out of town so we have the house to ourselves which means we get the master bedroom and Sam and Kat have the guest room" I said.

We talked for a 2 hours before Amanda went quiet like she was focusing. "Hey quin" Amanda said. "Yeah" quin said. "Did you know someone named David" Amanda said causing me and Quin to gasp. "Yes that's my dad" Quin said. " He's with you alot and he wants me to tell you that he is so proud of you and that he is always there and he loves you" Amanda Said.

I couldn't help the tears that streamed. I looked at quin and she had tears running down her face and she was smiling. "Did he say anything about Marissa" Quin asked. Amanda laughed "He said he is wasn't sure that she was a good influence for awhile but that she changed and he is happy you have her" Amanda said as we pulled into the driveway at my grandparents. "Thanks amanda" Quin said. "Of course" Amanda said.

We all got out and grabbed our bags. I opened the garage with the code. And we all went inside. "Welcome to the house" I said. "So Colby and I will be in the Master bedroom right there and there is a guest room downstairs with a queen bed for Sam and Kat and the other room has a single bed I hope that's ok Amanda" I said. "That's perfect thanks" Amanda said. 

"So I have a surprise I'm staying too" Quin said. "YAYYYY I guess I will just sleep in the middle of you and Colby" I said. "Ok" quin said and laughed

Once I was done unpacking I went out the back door onto the back porch. I set Astra down because there was a fence and they had an above ground pool. I sat on the couch out there on the patio porch. I had changed into my high waisted black bikini and put on some jean shorts over the bottoms.

I sighed and relaxed into the couch. I sat there for 15 minutes before Colby came out. I didn't notice till the door shut making me jump. "Woah it's me baby" He said. "Sorry" I said and shook my head. Colby came and sat next to me. As it started to rain Astra ran into the covered porch where we were and sat and stared at the rain.
