I woke up the next morning to my phone ringing I rolled over and grabbed it. It was a facetime from Colby. I didnt even sit up I just continued laying and answered. "Hi." I said softly. "Your still in bed." Colby said. I nodded and yawned. "Are you feeling okay." He asked me. "Yeah I'm just tired Everest woke up every hour last night after our call. Tanner took him for me at 7 so I could get some sleep." I said.

"I'm sorry love." Colby said with a frown. "It's okay I think he's getting sick he has a little cough and runny nose." I said. "Poor guy. Alright call me if you need anything I have to get ready to film." He said. "Ok I love you." I said. "I love you too princess bye." Colby said. "Bye." I said then hung up. I sat up and stretched.

Everest started to cry in the living room. I got up and put on some plain leggings and Colby's yellow supreme sweatshirt and just kept my glasses on and my hair in the messy bun. I walked out into the living room and Alex was swaying with Everest in his arms trying to calm him but it wasn't working.

"I got him." I said walking over to Alex. Alex handed a screaming Everest to me. "Oh baby boy its alright." I said. He just kept screaming and every once in a while coughing. I noticed his Cheeks were red. I felt his head. "Oh buddy I think you have a fever." I said. As tanner and Dakota walked into the room. "I'll grab the thermometer." Alex said then walked to the kitchen.

"Oh no is he sick." Dakota said. "Yeah I think so." I said Everest coughed and you could hear it rattle in his chest. "Oh poor baby." I said. Alex came back with the thermometer. "Thanks." I said. I put the thermometer against his forehead and pressed the button. It started beeping loud. "101.3. oh no." I said.

"We gotta try and lower your temp buddy or we have to go in." I said. I sat on the couch and laid him in my lap. I took off his swaddle and onesie leaving him in just his diaper. We sat like that for a hour he was coughing on and off. Colby called to check in.

"Hey how's it going." He said. I frowned. "Mr Buddy has a cough and a fever its high so If it doesn't go down I'm gonna have to bring him in to The ER." I said. "I should come home." He said. "No it's okay were okay he is fine." I said. "Are you sure." Colby asked me. "Yes I'm sure we got it." I said. "Okay just keep me updated on how he is." He said. "I will." I said. "Alright well I should go love you." He said "Love you too." I said then hung up.

I relaxed and continued watching tv for a half hour.I went to take Everest's temp and gasped. "OH MY GOD HIS LIPS ARE TURNING BLUE." I said starting to cry. Dakota immediately called 911. His breathing was funny like he wasn't getting enough air. "Everest baby boy its ok your gonna be ok." I cried. A ambulance arrived 2 minutes later. And they immediately loaded him up. I got in and so did Tanner so I wasn't alone. I explained to the paramedics his symptoms and what was going on.

They suctioned his nose and put a oxygen mask on him. He started to cry. "It's okay honey Mama's here and uncle Tanner." I said. I know he had no idea what I was saying but I just felt like I needed to let him know he wasn't alone. We got to the hospital and he was immediately brought back. Tanner and I following.

They got him stable and admitted him. We were brought up to the pediatric floor and put in a room with a crib. They got him hooked up to a Iv for fluids and a heart and oxygen monitor. Once he was settled and stable the doctor came in. "Hi guys I'm Dr Holland but please call me Dr Nora." She said.

"So it looks like little man has RSV which is a very serious respiratory virus. So going forward I would like to keep him here till his oxygen levels are stabilized and his fever breaks. I'm gonna order he has a nebulizer every 4 hours just to help clear his lungs. Any questions." She said. "No thank you though." I said and sniffled. "Of course if you need anything just hit the call button." She said then left the room. I sighed.
