Today is day 4 of Court. The passed few days I have had a total of 7 panic attacks and passed out 3 more times. I haven't been sleeping much from Everest but mostly I was to stressed out. Thank god for concealer or I would look dead.

"We would like to call Cole Brock to the stand." Will said. I looked behind me and watched Colby stand up and walk up. He gave me a soft smile before going and sitting at the witness stand. He got swore in and they began.

"So Cole in your words Please tell us about the night of the incident." Will said. Colby took a deep breath before he spoke. "It was thanksgiving and Marissa and I decided to go for a walk to watch the sunset. When we got outside Marissa was cold so I went back in quickly to grab her a sweater. I was gone for a minute and when I came back outside she was gone. I thought she was hiding and was gonna jump out and scare me. Until I saw her broken necklace on the side walk. I instantly knew it was Mark because the day before Marissa my parent's and I went out to dinner and Marissa saw him and he had left a note on our car." Colby said.

"Ladies and gentlemen of the Jury I would like you to bring your attention to evidence piece 27." Will said as he brought turned on the projector and set the note under it. "Now Cole is this the note that was left on the car that night." Will said. "Yes it is." Colby said.

Will started to read the note out loud for the court "Hey little girl miss me. It was so nice to see you. I would have came and say hi but your lover boy never leaves your side. I will get you alone again soon that's a promise. Maybe I will stop over for thanksgiving dinner tomorrow. Have a good night and sleep with one eye open signed Mark." Will finished reading the note and I had tears streaming.

Phil gently rubbed my back. "Now back to the night of the incident what happened after you found Marissa's necklace." Will said. "I ran inside and was panicking and told my parents what was going on. We called the Police and when they arrived I explained what was going on. When the police left Marissa's phone rang and it was our friend Kat Katrina who talked yesterday. I answered and she was confused as to why I was answering Marissa's phone so I told her. I heard her drop the phone then Her boyfriend who is my best friend Sam Samuel who also talked yesterday grabbed it and I explained to him as well what was happening. He immediately booked a flight for him and Katrina. I just sat in my parent's living room for hours worrying. Samuel and Katrina arrived awhile later. The 3 of us sat and Listened to a police scanner when I heard a report of a girl screaming for help in a town over. Samuel and I ran to the car and Katrina stayed behind to let my parent's know in case they woke up. When we arrived at the scene we saw Mark being walked out in handcuffs. Luckily Samuel and I were there because the police were having trouble calming Marissa down so they finished taking photo's for evidence before letting us in." Colby explained

"Alright now if you could tell us what was going on and what Marissa was like when you got to her." Will said. I saw Colby's eyes fill with tears and he struggled to get a breath in. I quickly tapped my bracelet vibrating his. I watched as his eyes met mine and I gave him a soft smile and nod. He took a deep breath then began.

"Samuel and I were led inside the house and I instantly heard Marissa's cries. We were led down to the basement where she was. I remember my heart breaking when I saw her. Marissa was in a corner crying and screaming scared. Her face was swollen and bruising her lip split and bleeding she had red marks on her neck. She was bleeding from multiple cuts on her body and she was burned in a few spots as well." Colby said as pictures of my injured body popped up on the screen

I heard our friends gasp behind me as I took deep breaths to keep myself calm. "I went to her and she was saying don't touch me get away. I told her it was me and Samuel and she looked up at me sobbing and instantly lunged and clung to me shaking. I rode to the hospital with her and Samuel drove behind us. The hospital had to give her something to calm down. Then photos were taken and she was cleared and we went home to my parent's house." Colby finished "Thank you Cole. The prosecution rest's." Will said and came and sat down by Phil and I.
