Colby's alarm blared waking us up for our flight to Vegas. Colby sat up and stopped his alarm. I rolled over and looked at my phone. 4:30am. I groaned and threw my phone next to me on the bed and pulled the covers over my shoulders. Colby leaned down and kissed my forehead. "Time too get up baby" He said in his raspy morning voice as he pushed my hair out of my face. I rolled over and pulled the covers over my head. 

Colby chuckled got up and walked over to my side. He pulled the covers off of me and I curled up in a ball. "It's too early and I'm cold" I said and looked up at him. He held out is hands and I grabbed them and he pulled me up to stand. "How are you cold your in sweat pants and a sweatshirt" He said as he pulled me in for a hug. I shrugged.

Colby changed and I put on my glasses then we grabbed our bags and went downstairs. I was just gonna wear what I had on. I put on my black converse and sat on the steps with Colby as Sam and Kat came in from the backyard with the dogs. 

"Ok dogs are all taken care of and Devyn will be here later to get them." Sam said.  Kat picked up Kiwi and Astra ran over to me and sat in front of me and put her head on my knees I giggled and pet her ears. "I'm gonna miss you too squish" I said. Colby and I sat and played with astra for about 10 min before Sam spoke. "Ok uber is here lets go Squad" Sam said. I cringed and laughed as I stood up. 

"You have never sounded more like a dad than you did just now" I said causing them to laugh. We grabbed our bags and Sam locked the door behind us. We put our bags in the trunk and got in. Sam in the passenger seat then Kat behind the driver me in the middle and Colby behind Sam.

I looked at my phone. 5:00am I yawned and rested my head on Colby's shoulder. He kissed the top of my head and I looked up and smiled at him he smiled back and kissed my lips gently.

The drive to the airport took 45 min. We got there checked our bags and went through security. I checked my phone 6:28am. Colby took my hand and I looked up at him. "Our flight doesn't leave till 7 ok we have time don't worry" He said. I nodded and put my phone in my carry on. Colby wrapped his left arm around my shoulders as we walked to our gate with Sam and Kat.

We met Amanda at the gate and all sat together till boarding was called. We boarded the plane Colby was by the window on my right because he knows I hate heights and me in the middle and Amanda on the aisle to my left and Sam and Kat were somewhere behind us. 

We got situated in our seats and the Flight attendants starting going over safety procedures. I buckled my seat belt tight. I swear the more flights I go on the worse my anxiety of them crashing gets. The flight attendants finished and I started to pick at my nails and fingers. I didn't notice I was bouncing my leg until Colby put his hand on my thigh and gently rubbed his thumb up and down. I looked at him and he gave me a sympathetic look.

I leaned my head against his shoulder and he rested his on top of my head. "Your okay baby" He whispered as he continued rubbing my leg as we sped down the runway. I felt my stomach do a flip when we lifted of the ground. I slowly relaxed and was able to fall asleep for the whole 2 hour flight. 

Colby kissed my forehead and gently moved his shoulder waking me up. I sat up took of my glasses and rubbed my eyes before putting them back on. "Were landing babe" Colby said. I nodded and tightened my seatbelt. I sat back and took some deep breaths. we started to descend and I grabbed Colby's hand. He squeezed it trying to comfort me. We landed and I let out a breath and relaxed.

We grabbed our bags and made our way of the plane and waited for Sam and Kat. Sam and kat got off and we made our way to baggage claim. As we were walking Sam dropped his phone making me jump and grab Colby's hand. When we got to the baggage claim we all went up to the carousel. We all grabbed our bags and as we were leaving someone grabbed there suitcase off dropped it on the floor making me jump again. Idk what it was that was making me so jumpy and on edge. We got in our uber and made our way to to the hotel.
