So basically Harry is transgender (FtM) and he and Louis had just recently started dating and he hasn't told him, but Louis finds out when Harry starts his period.

Harry was sitting on the couch in Louis' apartment, and he felt off. He sat there and was lost in his thoughts until something pulled him out of it, his period. Since Harry was trans (FtM) he still got periods, he hasn't told Louis yet, and for fuck sake he hasn't even told him he's transgender. He was scared to tell Louis they'd only been together for a couple of months, the only people that knew he was trans are his family and one ex-boyfriend and that didn't go so well with his ex. The thoughts of what happened with him and his ex always came back to haunt him when he thought about telling Louis, and sometimes they would get so bad he would have panic attacks.

Louis was in the bathroom at the moment and Harry was freaking out, he didn't have a tampon or a pad on and he was worried the was going to bleed on the couch and Louis was going to find out and Louis would find out all the things he's been hiding from him. Harry thinks Louis is going to break up with him if he finds out, he starts to feel his chest tighten, and each time he took in a breath, it got harder and harder. 

He didn't hear Louis come out of the bathroom, he only barely felt arms wrap around him "Hazza, breath with me baby" Louis told him as he exaggerated his breathing. At first, Louis' voice was muffled, and Harry was shaking and crying. As Louis kept talking and taking exaggerated breaths, Harry started to calm down.

"Baby, you're okay. I'm right here" Harry was almost completely calm now "T-Thank you" Louis kisses his forehead, "What happen? What were you thinking about?" Harry shook his head "I don't wanna talk about it" Harry got up and started walking toward the bathroom, forcing himself to not turn around and look to see if he left a blood stain.

Harry was in the bathroom, "Shit" he whispered as he looked at his blood underwear, he didn't have anything with him. Usually, when he was on his period he would always make excuses as to why he couldn't go over to Louis' apartment and make Louis come over to his apartment. Just then he heard a knock on the door "Babe, are you okay, there's blood on the couch where you were sitting" Harry gasped "Shit, shit, shit" he cursed, trying to be quiet.

"Baby, what's wrong? If you don't say anything I'm going to come in there" Louis said through the door, "I'll be out in a minute" he said with tears forming in his eyes. Harry did the only thing he could do fold up some toilet paper and put it in his underwear, pulling them up along with his pants, he hated the feeling. He washed his hands and opened the door, Louis was still there waiting for the boy.

Louis looked at him with concern "Baby, what's wrong?" Harry sniffled as he slide down the wall until he was sitting on the floor leaning against it. Louis sat down across from him, "I-I started my p-period..." Louis gave him a confused look "I'm transgender, I never t-told you because I didn't want you to leave me like my ex did". Harry cried softly, Louis pulled him close "Baby it's okay, I don't care that your transgender, I still love you no matter what" Harry buried his face into the blue-eyed boy's neck "I love you too" he mumbled.

Louis kissed his forehead, "Let's go to the store and get some stuff for you, alright?" Harry nods "I'm sorry for staining your couch" Louis chuckled "It's alright, I can get it out. I've learned a thing or two from my sisters" Harry giggled and nodded his head again.

Once they get to the store Harry grabs tampons and pads, "Babe do you want any ice cream, chocolate, or candy?" Harry smiles "God, I love you so fucking much" Louis chuckled "And I love you" he kissed his cheek. They walked around the store and Louis let him grab whatever candy and ice cream he wanted, he got Oreos, sour patch kids, and cookies and cream ice cream.
