Birthday Surprise

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LOUIS!!!!!!

Louis woke up on Christmas eve alone in bed, and the smell of chocolate chip pancakes filled his nose almost instantly. He quickly got out of bed, went to the kitchen, and quietly tried to hop onto the counter. Harry turned around and smiled at his husband, "Good morning, gorgeous," 

"Good morning, Hazza," The taller walked over to him and lifted him onto the counter, "Thank you," Harry smiled before tilting Louis' chin and connecting their lips. "Happy birthday, my love," Louis blushed softly as he pulled away, "Thanks, Haz," Harry pecked his lips before grabbing Louis' tea and handing it to him. 

"Your favorite, Yorkshire tea, just how you like it," Louis smiled, "Thank you," he took the tea from Harry and took a small sip of the hot beverage. "Breakfast will be done soon, sweetheart," Louis nodded and kissed Harry's cheek before taking another sip of his hot beverage, the younger went back over to the stove and continued cooking the rest of their breakfast.

Once breakfast was done Harry picked the smaller up and carried him to the couch, he went back to the kitchen and grabbed the two plates of food. "Here you go, darling, chocolate chip pancakes, eggs, and bacon," Louis smiled as he took the plate, "Look delicious as always," Harry chuckled softly and kissed his temple.

"What movie do you wanna watch, Boobear?" he asked after they finished eating, Louis blushed, "Polar Express?" Harry smiled, "Of course, let me go pop some popcorn," the blue-eyed man nodded and kissed Harry's cheek before the taller stood up. 

Louis took his phone and took a picture of Harry in the kitchen and a picture of the TV with the beginning of Polar Express on the screen, he went to his Instagram and posted them with the caption...

Watching Polar Express with my favorite person in the world. 

Even though it's my birthday I want to give a present to you, Harry. I love you so much, I have since we started the band, now we're married and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. I love you so much, Hazza💙💚

He quickly hit post before turning his notifications off, Harry's phone dinged with an Instagram notification. He turned his phone on to see that Louis posted something, and he instantly clicked on it. 

After a moment, Harry came running back into the living room, quickly setting the popcorn down on the table and tackling Louis into a hug. Harry buried his face into the crook of Louis' neck as he sniffled quietly, "You waited for me for so long, and I'm so grateful for that. I know I told you that I wanted to wait until next year, but I lied I wanted to come out on my birthday but I wanted to surprise you. We're finally free, baby,"

The green-eyed man let out a happy sob, Louis laid down on his back, pulling Harry with him. The younger rested his head on the smaller's chest as Louis gently rubbed his hand up and down Harry's back. "Are you upset that I didn't tell you?" the taller shook his head, "No, I'm just so, so happy. We don't have to hide anymore, I can bring you out on stage, we can go out on more dates and not have to be worried about getting caught,"

Louis kissed his head, "I love you, Harry so, so much," he whispered as he drew mindless shapes on his back. "I love you, Lou, a lot more than you could ever know," Harry tilted his head up and connected their lips.

"Come on, I'm taking you somewhere," Louis chuckled, "But what about the movie and the popcorn?" Harry smiled, "That can wait, come on baby," he said excitedly as he stood up. Louis laughed as he stood up, the taller picked him up bridal style and carried him to their room, "Come on, let's get dressed, and then I'm taking you out shopping, I will take you to any store you want,"

December 31st...

"Hello everyone, I know I made this concert last minute but I couldn't help it," Harry said through his mic with a beaming smile, dimples prominant. "As all of you should know by now, Louis and I came out, he surprised me on his birthday, and at first he told me he wanted to wait till next year. I'm so, so happy that we don't have to hide anymore, so please welcome to the stage my husband, Louis," 

Everyone cheered as Louis came out onto the stage with a mic in his hand, as soon as Louis got close enough, Harry grabbed him by his waist and pulled him in close. Tears were already streaming down Louis' face, "I can't believe this is happening," the older whispered in Harry's ear. 

The fans cooed and cheered, after another minute, Sweet Creature starts to play, Louis' eyes welled with more tears, this song always made him cry. Harry started singing as he held Louis close to his chest. 

The song was now over, and Harry lifted the smaller's chin to make him look up, blue eyes meeting green ones, "You bring me home, Lou," he told him, the mic picked it up and the fans cooed as Harry kissed him softly.

"I love you, Louis so much,"

"I love you too Harry, always have and always will,"
