"Whooo! Go Billy!" (Y/n) cheered as she stood on the beach, a hand holding down her sun hat as the winds blew harshly. Her summer dress fluttered like crazy against the breeze, the sand warm between her toes as she watched Billy surf against the waves. It was a beautiful California day as usual, the sun bright in the blue sky and the weather hot.

(Y/n) preferred the hot weather while she and Billy had stayed in California for about a month now, used to the heat all her life. She waved back as Billy walked up to her after his daily surf that he had taken up again since their move. It was entrancing to watch him ride across the waves.

"Do you want to go back inside?" Billy asks as he sinks his board into the sand, leaning against it.

"I don't mind but you know I don't want to get any more tan than I already am." (Y/n) shrugs, patting her covered arms.

"Then let's go inside." Billy takes out his board, going over to kiss (y/n) and she scrunches her nose while giggling.

"Bleh, you taste like the sea." He laughs and she admires how happy he's been, running his fingers through his hair as the sun glistens on his wet body. California definitely has been doing him some good.

"I did just come out from there." The couple walks back to their beach house as the sun started to set, the very same beach house Billy used to live in as a child. He was hesitant at first to live in there with all the bad memories he had after his mother left him, but the moment (y/n) looked around the place in awe, he knew that better memories would replace the old.

He loved how she was so fascinated by every little thing, explaining to him that she hadn't lived in a proper house in so long so having multiple rooms for different things, was almost foreign to her. And she was amazed by how big the house was, not to mention that it was two floors and she complained to him what use they would be when it was just the two of them.

(y/n) went over to set her shoes by the door and put her hat down on the clothing rack, Billy watching almost mesmerised at how everything finally fell into place. No more arguments, no more drama, no more violence, no more life and death situations or monsters jeopardising the ones you love. He finally could live with the woman he loved, her smiling over at him as she tossed him some bottled water.

It almost felt too surreal... like a dream. "What's with all the staring?" (y/n) flushes lightly seeing Billy run his eyes over her, almost as if trying to see if she was real. He walked over to her, setting the bottle down on the counter behind her as he stood in front of her.

"Just admiring you..." Billy whispers, gently brushing his fingers against her cheek to feel her soft skin, to feel her warmth. (Y/n) leans into his touch, her breath hitching as he steps closer to pin her against the counter. He leans down closer, his nose brushing against hers and she looks up at him as he had his eyes closed, moving to hold her tight and never let her go.

"Billy-"

"-you are my life..." he sighs out happily, quickly silencing (y/n) as he kissed her. She closes her eyes and melts into the soft kiss that soon quickly turns passionate, Billy picking her up by her thighs and setting her down on the counter before pulling her close with her legs around his waist. He takes in the soft moans (y/n) lets out, one of her hands running through his hair as the other wrapped around his waist to toy with the band of his swim shorts.

"Billy-" she gasps out softly as he leans back to kiss her neck, nibbling against the skin and she sighs at the feeling. "You're getting sand everywhere..." he chuckles softly and (y/n) smiles as she feels him smile against her neck.
