(y/n) - your name
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Billy breathes out as he mindlessly rubbed (y/n)'s back, her resting on top of his chest as they lay on the couch. He smiled, looking down at her as she curled into him and held him tightly, nuzzling her nose against his chest. It was moments like this that he missed and hoped to have together in his childhood home but the inkling feeling of (y/n) not having her memories really worried him. This wasn't the usual forgetfulness she normally has, this was long-term.
Billy looks down at (Y/n) clutching his mother's necklace with everything she had like she was afraid someone would take it away from her, slowly sitting them both up. She whines softly as he rubbed her arm and her hand, her grip on the necklace loosening so he could take it. He was beyond thankful that his love cherished the single thing he owned from his mother, leaning her back carefully so she could put the necklace on her. It looked so much nicer on her neck than in her hands.
"Billy..." (y/n) mumbles out sleepily as she moved her head to lay against his neck, her arms around his shoulders and he pulls her closer. She was never this clingy, never this touch starved before but he didn't mind. Usually, he was the one to always be touching her but now it seems the roles were reversed. Billy laid back against the couch again, letting (y/n) sleep and he kisses her head tenderly. He really did miss holding her again.
"Princess?" Billy muses, hearing a soft hum as (y/n) slowly wakes up. "Morning darling." He chuckles softly at the soft whine of annoyance, glad that her hatred for waking up early was still a familiar trait. "Come on (y/n). You need to eat something again." He pulls her off his lap and she wakes up, an annoyed frown on her face that her source of warmth was gone.
Billy chuckles as she wraps herself in a blanket, muttering about how it was too early. He was really glad some things hasn't changed. Billy went to freshen up, hearing (y/n) following him to do the same in her bedroom where there were spare toothbrushes and paste. While he took a shower, (y/n) roamed around the house in fascination while brushing her teeth. The house was big, bigger than... she knew it was bigger than what she used to live in. It was very spacious and had a beachy Californian vibe to it with the white walls and marble countertops.
Damn... how much did this house cost?
(y/n) explored the house as much as she could before going to her bathroom to rinse and wash her face. As soon as she stepped out of her bedroom, so did Billy, drying off his hair while just wearing track pants with water droplets sliding down his tanned chest. Billy notices her looking at him, her cheeks flushing and he smirks before leaning down to kiss the top of her head.
"I'll make breakfast. What would you like?"
"I'm not that hungry... it's too early to eat..." Billy sighs, hoping that (y/n)'s habit of eating only after 12 would break but guess that was still apparent.
"You're eating toast at least. I'm not taking no as an answer." (y/n) huffs as she sits down at the kitchen counter table, Billy making himself and her some breakfast. His mind wondered about all the questions he had but he thought it would be better for (y/n) to explain everything first before he swamped her with information. "(y/n), you said you can't remember anything last night."
"Yeah... it's all just fuzzy."
"How do you remember me?" he sets the plates down before sitting down next to her but (y/n) dashes off up the stairs. "(y/n)?" she comes back down with her bag, pulling out files and papers and photographs on the table.
"I felt like I knew you. I was searching for you when I escaped."
"Escaped?" Billy frowns. "(y/n), what happened to you?"
