33 - party time

"Bakubro agreed to throw a party?"

"Ya, we're gonna invite our friends and family, which is why I'm calling you."

"Awwww, you do love me!!"

Bakugou heard Kirishima's scream all the way across the room and visibly flinched.

"Yup, probably more than I love Katsuki."

Katsuki narrows his eyes at me as soon as the words left my mouth and begins walking slowly over to me. I ignore him and turn around to focus on the call.

"I knew it. No woman can resist such a manly......man like me!"

I giggle, "So, you're coming then?"

"Yes of course! I'll see you later (Y/n)"

"Kk, bye!"

I hang up the phone, "Well, looks like everybody is-"

Before I can finish my sentence, Katsuki cuts me off by hugging me from behind. Then he flirtatiously whispers in my ear, "Are you trying to piss me off?"

I turn around to face him and rest my arms on top of his broad shoulders, "Why? Is it working?"

He makes no comment and places his hands on my cheeks and gives me an innocent kiss on the lips. He pulls away and I exhale at his teasing. I then remove myself from his embrace and go to sit on the couch. He plops himself right next to me and says, "Why hasn't the little monster woken up yet? It's already 10 am."

"I don't know. But we should wake him up soon so we can start shopping for the party."

Katsuki groans, "Ugghhhhhh, I'm already regretting this."

"Regret it all you want babe, we're still doing it." I get up and give him a quick kiss on the cheek and go upstairs to wake up Kaito.

2 hours later

I'm browsing through the balloons while Kaito and Bakugou are playing with fake swords. Kaito then yells, "PREPARE TO BE DEFEATED BY THE FUTURE NUMBER ONE HERO!"

I hear Bakugou laugh out loud, "OH YA?! YOU BETTER BE THE NUMBER ONE HERO! OTHERWISE I'LL DISOWN YOU!"

I quickly whip my head towards them and give Bakugou a 'what-the-fuck' look. But before he can meet my very judgy eyes, Kaito replies with, "BET! IF YOU DON'T BECOME THE NUMBER ONE HERO BY THE TIME I'M THIS HIGH," he reaches his arm to the ceiling as far as he can, emphasizing the height he'll be in a few years, "THEN I'LL NEVER TALK TO YOU AGAIN!"

Ok, this is getting a little intense. Even if they are kidding, Bakugou's got a pretty short fuse. I start walking towards them to put an end to their little play fight. 

But I stop in the middle of the aisle when I see Bakugou drop his sword on the floor. Kaito and I both look at him obviously confused. Then Kaito asks, "Baku?"

Bakugou walks over to Kaito, squats down to meet his eyes, and with a straight face puts his hand out for Kaito to shake. "Do we have a deal?"

What the fuck?

Bakugou then continues, "I promise you I'll become the Number One Hero, if you promise to be the Number One Hero right after me."

Kaito then beams at his father's words and firmly shakes his hand. He deliberately nods his head yes and says, "Deal."

I just blink at the scene unfolding right in front of me. I guess they're ok then. 

Time to go back to the balloons. I swear this store is on some shit. I mean, these sperm-shaped balloons are pretty fuckin' weird.
