28 - back home

After I accepted the fact that I had a new quirk to master, Bakugou and I took Kaito home. It felt like we hadn't been home in so long, I know it was only a few days, but it felt like an eternity to me. And it turns out Kaito felt the same as I did, "I missed being home!" he squeals as we open the front door.

Bakugou and I are gonna start training together tomorrow. He has his own training center in the house, which is a huge life-saver. This way we can make sure Kaito is safe while we do our best to get stronger.

Bakugou shuts the door behind us, "Ya tell me about it, kid."

We walk further into the house and I collapse face-first onto the humungous couch in the living room. I let out a deeply exaggerated sigh, hoping Kaito would notice, which he does. He runs to my side quickly and softly says, "Momma, what's wrong?"

Bakugou watches our interaction tenderly and sits himself down near my feet.

I sit up a bit and suddenly grab Kaito and pull him onto the couch with me. I cuddle with him like my life depended on it. Kaito starts giggling and nuzzles into my chest, "You tricked me!"

"I'm sorry, but you're just too cute! I can't get enough of you!!" And I begin peppering his face with soft kisses.

Kaito tries to push me away, "Momma, Baku's watching! You're embarrassing me!"

I stop my kisses and look over at Bakugou. He's trying to hold in his laughter and says, "Don't mind me, just watchin."

I bite my lip and try not to burst out laughing right then and there. I turn back to Kaito who is blushing madly, "He's just jealous I'm giving you all my attention." And then I resume giving him a bunch of kisses. Kaito begins laughing again but doesn't push me away, instead he holds me tighter. He then grabs my face, making me stop my love crusade, and begins giving me kisses all over my face.

"Ahh! My adorable son is giving me kisses! I don't believe it!"

Bakugou having had enough of just watching, jumps onto both of us. He holds his own weight on top of us so that he doesn't crush us and says, "My turn!"

He starts giving us both kisses all over our faces, constantly switching between his son and fiancé.

"Baku!!" Kaito yells.

"Katsuki!" I yell.

"What? I deserve some love too..." he replies with a sad pout.

Kaito and I look at each other and in an instant, we have the same idea. We both sit up quickly, shocking Bakugou, and we both jump on top of him. So now, Bakugou is lying flat on his back, and Kaito and I are lying on top of him. Then within that same second, we both start bombarding Bakugou's face with quick kisses.

After we finish with our little love parade, we laugh like we've never heard the sound before and we just stay in Bakugou's arms. We calm down and enjoy each other's presence, listening to each other's breathing. Bakugou is the first to break the silence as he whispers, "I can't believe how lucky I am..."

Kaito and I both lift our heads to look him in the eye and I say, "Well believe it babe, cause we're not going anywhere."

Kaito nods his head vivaciously, "Yup, no one can take us away from you, ever!!"

Bakugou smiles down at us and holds us tighter, we do the same and 10 minutes later we all fall asleep.

I wake up to someone poking my cheek. I keep my eyes closed, already knowing who the culprit is. He pokes again......and again. I pretend to stay asleep and flip my face in the other direction. I hear a small frustrated sigh and footsteps walking to the back of the couch. They poke me again and this time I speak, "Who disturbs my slumber?"
